The 2019 Melon Music Awards ceremony, organized by Kakao M (a Kakao company) through its online music store Melon (online music service), Melon, took place on November 30, 2019 at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, South Korea. This is the eleventh ceremony in the show's history. BTS took home all four most prestigious Daesang awards of the night. Gocheok Sky Dome
The Gocheok Sky Dome () is a domed baseball stadium located in Gocheok-dong, Seoul, South Korea. It is the home ballpark of KBO League, KBO club Kiwoom Heroes. The stadium is primarily used for baseball and has a capacity for 16,744 spectators for baseball games. The stadium replaced Dongdaemun Baseball Stadium and opened on 15 September 2015. It also serves as a concert venue, with a capacity for around 25,000 spectators. Hong Si-young (; born January 24, 1991), better known by his stage name, Giriboy (Hangul: 기리보이), is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter,record producer,and actor signed to Just Music. "Twit" (, literally "dimwit") is the debut solo single by South Korean singer Hwasa. It was released on February 13, 2019 by RBW. Written by Hwasa, Kim Do-hoon and Park Woo-sang, who are also the producers of the song. The music video has nearly 100 million views, making it the third most popular Korean music video by a female soloist in 2019.
