2019 KML Play-offs
The 2019 KML Play-offs was the tournament to determine the Korvpalli Meistriliiga champions for the 2018–19 season. This season saw the introduction of the Estonian-Latvian Basketball League, replacing the KML regular season, with the top six Estonian teams advancing to the KML play-offs. The play-offs began on 9 April and concluded on 22 May with Kalev/Cramo defeating Tallinna Kalev/TLÜ 3 games to 0 in the finals to win their 11th Estonian Championship. BC Kalev
BC Kalev, known as BC Kalev/Cramo for sponsorship reasons, is a professional basketball club based in Tallinn, Estonia. The team plays in the Korvpalli Meistriliiga, the Estonian-Latvian Basketball League and the FIBA Europe Cup. They play their home games at the Kalev Sports Hall and Saku Suurhall. Kalev/Cramo have won 12 Estonian Championships, 8 Estonian Cups and 1 Latvian-Estonian Basketball League title. History Early years (1998–2005) Founded in 1998, the club started out as Canon ENM. Coached by Allan Dorbek the team joined top-tier Korvpalli Meistriliiga (KML) for the 1998–99 season. Martin Müürsepp
Martin Müürsepp (; born 26 September 1974) is an Estonian professional basketball coach and former player, who is the head coach of BC Rakvere Tarvas of the Estonian-Latvian Basketball League. Widely regarded as one of Estonia's greatest basketball players of all time, he is the only Estonian to have played in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Early life Müürsepp was born in Tallinn, to Hilja Volter, who worked in a barbecue restaurant, and Suido Müürsepp, a truck driver. Heiko Rannula
Heiko Rannula (born July 28, 1983) is an Estonian professional basketball coach and former player, who is currently a head coach for Kalev/Cramo, and an assistant for Jukka Toijala in Estonian National Team. Professional player career Heiko Rannula graduated from Tartu Karlova Gymnasium in 2001. He started training with Jüri Neissaare. He has played in the Estonian youth (U16) and junior (U20) teams. He has also been a member of the Estonian National team. Rannula is the Estonian youth champion in the U16 and U20 age classes. Kristjan Kangur (born 23 October 1982) is an Estonian professional basketball player for Kalev/Cramo in the Latvian–Estonian Basketball League. He is 2.03 m (6 ft 8 in) tall, and he can play at both the small forward and power forward positions. Professional career 2000–2010 Kangur started his professional career in 2000, when he signed with Tallinn Kalev.
