2019 ACB Playoffs
The 2019 ACB Playoffs, also known as 2019 Liga Endesa Playoffs for sponsorship reasons, was the postseason tournament of the ACB's 2018–19 season, which began on 27 September 2018. The playoffs started on 30 May 2019 and ended on 21 June 2019 with the Finals. Real Madrid defended successfully the title and conquered its second consecutive league, 35th overall. Format At the end of the regular season, the eight teams with the most wins qualify for the playoffs. The seedings are based on each team's record. The bracket is fixed; there is no reseeding. The quarterfinals are best-of-three series; the team that wins two games advances to the next round. This round is in a 1–1–1 format. Facundo "Facu" Campazzo Avedano (born 23 March 1991) is an Argentine professional basketball player for Crvena zvezda of the Adriatic League and the EuroLeague. Pavelló Nou Congost is an arena in Manresa, Spain, with a capacity of 5,000 spectators. It is primarily used for basketball. It is the home arena of Bàsquet Manresa. Manresa
Manresa () is the capital of the Comarca of Bages, located in the geographical centre of Catalonia, Spain, and crossed by the river Cardener. It is an industrial area with textile, metallurgical, and glass industries. The houses of Manresa are arranged around the basilica of Santa Maria de la Seu. Saint Ignatius of Loyola stopped to pray in the town on his way back from Montserrat in 1522. Walter Samuel "Edy" Tavares da Veiga (born 22 March 1992) is a Cape Verdean professional basketball player for Real Madrid of the Liga ACB and the EuroLeague.
