2019 4. Divisjon
The 2019 season of the ''4. divisjon'', the fifth highest association football league for men in Norway. Between 16 and 26 games (depending on group size) are played in 24 groups, with 3 points given for wins and 1 for draws. According to a proposal at the 2018 Football Convention, fewer teams would be relegated from the 2019 3. divisjon to the 2020 4. divisjon, and accordingly, fewer teams would be promoted. The groups affected would be the group 1 and 9 winners who would contest a single promotion spot; the group 2–4 winners who would contest two promotion spots; the group 6 and 7 winners who would contest a single promotion spot; the group 8 and 10 winners who would contest a single promotion spot; the group 17 and 18 winners who would contest a single promotion spot; and the group 21 and 22 winners who would contest a single promotion spot. Holmen IF
Holmen Idrettsforening is a Norwegian sports club from Holmen in northern Asker, Norway. It has sections for football, handball, and cross-country skiing. Its home ground is Holmen idrettspark. The club was founded in 1918, at that time having sections for football, athletics and ski jumping. Norwegian reserve football teams compete at all levels of league football within the Norwegian football league system apart from the top two divisions, Eliteserien and 1. divisjon. The highest league these teams can currently enter is the 2. divisjon, set at the third tier of the league system. The reserve teams are attached to their first teams with a "2" suffix and must play in a lower league than the first team. Furthermore, if a club's first team plays in the 1. divisjon, the reserves team cannot play in the 2. divisjon either. If a reserve team ends up at a promotion spot when it is not allowed to be promoted, the promotion is awarded to best following team in the league standings which is allowed to be promoted. Also, a reserve team is forcefully relegated, regardless of the final league position, if it is no longer qualified for playing at that level - i.e. if the first team is relegated to a league level where the reserve team's level is no longer allowed. Heggedal is a part of the Asker municipality in Viken county, Norway. For statistical purposes, it's usually treated as part of the Oslo urban areaIn 2000, its population was 3,30 and the election district named Heggedal had 2,329 registered voters in the 2005 Norwegian parliamentary election, 2005 election. Manglerud Star Fotball is an association football club based in Oslo, Norway. It is part of the multi-sport club Manglerud Star. The club was established in its current form on December 14, 2005 after a merger between Manglerud Star Fotball and Fotballklubben Oslo Øst, the latter of which originally formed in 2000. Manglerud Star Fotball went bankrupt on April 4, 2011, and withdrew all their teams from competition; the club was refounded in 2013. History FK Oslo Øst (Oslo East) were founded on January 1, 2000. Five minor football clubs from the eastern part of Oslo decided to pool their resources into a single elite team, under the presumption that this one team would fare better at the higher levels of Norwegian football than what any of the clubs could ever achieve on their own. Majorstuen FK
Majorstuen is a particularly affluent neighbourhood in the Frogner borough in the inner part of Oslo, Norway. Majorstuen is known for its vibrant downtown and especially its shopping area. Sagene is a borough of the city of Oslo, Norway. The area became part of the city of Oslo (then Christiania) in 1859. Nesodden Idrettsforening is a Norwegian sports club from Nesodden. It has sections for association football, athletics, basketball, table tennis, fencing, orienteering, skiing and speed skating.
