Killarney Motor Racing Complex - Rallycross
Killarney ( ; ga, Cill Airne , meaning 'church of sloes') is a town in County Kerry, southwestern Ireland. The town is on the northeastern shore of Lough Leane, part of Killarney National Park, and is home to St Mary's Cathedral, Ross Castle, Muckross House and Abbey, the Lakes of Killarney, MacGillycuddy's Reeks, Purple Mountain, Mangerton Mountain, Paps Mountain, the Gap of Dunloe and Torc Waterfall. Andreas Bakkerud
Andreas Bakkerud (born 10 October 1991) is a rallycross driver from Bergen, Norway. He has competed in the FIA Rallycross Supercar class since 2013 in both Euro RX and World RX, and Nitro Rallycross since 2021. He became European Champion in 2021. Biography Bakkerud won the FIA European Rallycross Championship in the Super1600 category twice, in 2011 and 2012. He entered the FIA European Rallycross Supercar class in 2013 with a private Citroën DS3, finishing fourth with two wins. In 2014 he joined the FIA World Rallycross Championship Supercar class, driving a Ford-supported Olsbergs MSE Fiesta. He got two wins and three second-place finishes, and placed fifth in the overall standings. In 2015 he scored a win, three podiums and eight top 5s, which put him fourth in the Supercar drivers championship. Hyundai I20
The Hyundai i20 is a supermini hatchback produced by Hyundai since 2008. The i20 made its debut at the Paris Motor Show in October 2008, and sits between the i10 and i30. The i20 replaces the Getz in nearly all of its markets, while several markets received the slightly larger Accent/Verna hatchback to replace it instead. Timur Renatovich Timerzyanov (russian: Тиму́р Рена́тович Тимерзя́нов; born 31 January 1987) is a Russian rallycross driver, currently competing in the FIA World Rallycross Championship. He has won the European Rallycross Division 1A Championship in 2010 with SET Promotion and the European Rallycross Division Supercar Championship in 2012 and 2013 with Hansen Motorsport. Timo Scheider (born 10 November 1978 in Lahnstein) is a German racing driver who competes in the FIA World Rallycross Championship for Münnich Motorsport. He won the DTM title in 2008 and 2009. Career Karting Like most other drivers, Scheider started his racing career in karting in 1989. In 1992, he went on to win the Kerpen Winter Cup and earned seventh place in the German Junior Kart NRW-Cup a year later. His seventh place disappointment led to success the next year when he won the cup. Formula Renault In 1995, Scheider joined the German Formula Renault 1800 championship and won it in his first year. GCK Motorsport, formally known as GC Kompetition, is a subsidiary of Green Corp Konnection (GCK) and a French motorsport team founded by freeriding ski champion, rally driver and stunt driver Guerlain Chicherit in 2017.
