Nürburgring Endurance Series
The Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS, German: ''Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie'') is an organisation of motorsport clubs of which each hosts one event of a nine-race series held on the Nürburgring, Nürburgring Nordschleife. Participants of NLS races range from amateurs in small road legal cars with rollcages and harnesses to professional factory teams racing Group GT3 cars. The NLS series is closely associated with the 24 Hours Nürburgring, as it has similar rules (mostly), and mainly the same participants. In the calendar, several weeks around the 24h date in May/June are taken off to allow teams to prepare for the 24h, and to fix their cars afterwards. The 24h is not part of the championship anymore, though. Felipe Fernández Laser
Felipe Fernández Laser (born 16 November 1988) is a German racing driver. Career Fernández Laser began his racing career in 2007 in the ADAC Volkswagen Polo Cup and ended it with three wins in the rookie classification. A year later, he entered the SEAT León Supercopa. Between 2012 and 2013, he took part in a total of six races in the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany, with the best result being fourth place at the Red Bull Ring. In 2014, Fernández Laser started more and more races in the VLN Endurance Championship on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife, initially in a 450 hp Porsche 911 GT3 Cup. Maxime Martin (born 20 March 1986) is a Belgian professional racing driver and son of four-time Spa 24 Hours winner Jean-Michel Martin. He currently is an Aston Martin Racing driver for which he competed in the FIA World Endurance Championship between 2018 and 2020. Adam Robert Christodoulou (born 11 June 1989, in Lichfield) is a Greek-British racing driver, who won the 2008 British Formula Renault Championship, also won the 2009 Star Mazda Championship in the United States.
