Lucas Bersamin
Lucas Purugganan Bersamin (born October 18, 1949) is a Filipino lawyer and jurist who currently serves as the Executive Secretary of the Philippines. Bersamin previously served on the Supreme Court of the Philippines for 10 years, first as an associate justice from 2009 to 2018 and then as the 25th chief justice of the Philippines from 2018 until his retirement in 2019.
