Paulo Cesar Hartung Gomes (born April 21, 1957) is a Brazilian politician and was the Governor of the Brazilian state of EspÃrito Santo from 2003 until 2010. He served as Governor of EspÃrito Santo for a third, nonconsecutive term from January 1, 2015, to January 1, 2019. Fernando Damata Pimentel (born 31 March 1951) is a Brazilian politician and economist. He is a member of the Workers' Party (PT). He was the Mayor of Belo Horizonte from 2001 to 2009, the Minister of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade in the Cabinet of former Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff from 2011 to 2014 and the Governor of Minas Gerais from 2015 to 2019. Flávio Dino de Castro e Costa (born 30 April 1968) is a Brazilian attorney, politician and teacher. A former federal judge, Dino was elected to the Chamber of Deputies in 2006, serving a four-year term until 2011, representing the state of Maranhão. He was elected as the governor of Maranhão after running in the 2014 election. He became the governor of Maranhão on 1 January 2015. He was reelected in 2018. Dino also served 3 years as president of Embratur, a federal agency promoting Brazilian tourism, between his legislative term and gubernatorial term. Dino was considered a leading left-wing candidate in the 2022 presidential election but chose to forgo a candidacy, instead choosing to run for Senate.
