2018 German Motorcycle Grand Prix
The 2018 German motorcycle Grand Prix was the ninth round of the 2018 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season, 2018 MotoGP season. It was held at the Sachsenring in Hohenstein-Ernstthal on 15 July 2018. Classification MotoGP Franco Morbidelli was replaced by Stefan Bradl after the first practice session due to injury. * Aleix Espargaró suffered a thoracic trauma following a crash in the warm-up session and was declared unfit to start the race. * Mika Kallio suffered a knee injury in a crash during practice and withdrew from the event. Pramac Racing is a motorcycle racing team competing in the MotoGP and MotoE World Championships. The team was created in 2002 by Italian company Pramac. In 2005 Pramac Racing joined forces with Spanish d'Antin MotoGP to form "Pramac d'Antin" and in 2007 the team became part of the Pramac Group. John McPhee (motorcyclist)
John McPhee (born 14 July 1994) is a Scottish Grand Prix motorcycle racer, competing for in the World Supersport Championship for Vince64 by Puccetti Racing. Previously he raced in the 2022 Moto3 World Championship for Max Biaggi's Sterilgarda Husqvarna team. McPhee is also a former competitor of the British 125GP Championship, and the Spanish 125GP/Moto3 Championship. Career Early life McPhee was born in Oban, Scotland. Bradley Smith (born 28 November 1990) is a British occasional motorcycle racer who for 2022 is linked to RNF E-Racing in MotoE. He was injured shortly after a Le Mans start when he was the opening rider team for Moto Ain Yamaha, at an FIM Endurance World Championship event in April 2022. He missed the opening three rounds of the MotoE racing season, being declared unfit to race at the third round at Mugello on 29 May 2022. Late in 2022, Smith was called-in to ride as a rookie in the World Supersport Championship class, to replace injured Leonardo Taccini. Stefan Bradl (born 29 November 1989) is a German professional motorcycle racer. Bradl is best known for winning the Moto2 World Champion. Then he made the move to MotoGP in 2012 with LCR Honda. While in MotoGP, Bradl is best known for his performance at Laguna Seca getting the pole position and finishing second in the race behind Marc Marquez, ahead of Valentino Rossi.
