2018 Americas Rugby League Championship
The 2018 Americas Rugby League Championship was held in Jacksonville, Florida, in November 2018. This tournament was the 3rd Americas Rugby League Championship and the 1st in which a South American national team participated. The tournament also acted as part of the 2021 Men's Rugby League World Cup qualifying. The winning team directly qualified for the 2021 Rugby League World Cup, while the runner-up will progress to the intercontinental repechage in 2019. The winner of the tournament was , with the moving on to the intercontinental repechage to be hosted in 2019. Ryan Burroughs (born August 26, 1991) is an American professional rugby football player who has played primarily rugby league he has represented the United States National Rugby League team in the 2017 Rugby League World Cup, as well as the 2019 Rugby League World Cup 9's. Hodges Stadium
Hodges Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium at the University of North Florida (UNF), and the home field for the North Florida Ospreys soccer, track and field, and cross country teams. It is located on the university's campus in Jacksonville, Florida, U.S. It is named for George and Kernan Hodges, who donated $2 million to upgrade the facility in 2006.
