The 2018 season of the ''4. divisjon'', the fifth highest association football league for men in Norway. Between 22 and 26 games (depending on group size) are played in 24 groups, with 3 points given for wins and 1 for draws. Tistedalens Turn- og Idrettsforening is a Norwegian multi-sports club from Tistedalen, Halden, Viken. It has sections for association football and team handball. The club was founded on 22 May 1916 as ''Tistedalens IF'' adding the T for ''Turn'' later that year when it resumed the gymnastics activity of the defunct ''Tistedalens TF''. It had sections for football and Nordic skiing from the start, and later added sections for athletics, orienteering and bandy which later became defunct. In athletics, the club arranged the Norwegian cross-country running championships, long course, in 1961. Røa IL is a Norwegian sports club from Røa in the borough of Vestre Aker, Oslo. It was founded on 11 November 1900, and has sections for football, gymnastics, bandy, and cross-country skiing. Football, bandy, and Nordic skiing have been dominant in Røa. In bandy, the team has twice made it to the finals in the Norwegian cup, losing both to arch-rivals Stabæk. Norwegian reserve football teams compete at all levels of league football within the Norwegian football league system apart from the top two divisions, Eliteserien and 1. divisjon. The highest league these teams can currently enter is the 2. divisjon, set at the third tier of the league system. The reserve teams are attached to their first teams with a "2" suffix and must play in a lower league than the first team. Furthermore, if a club's first team plays in the 1. divisjon, the reserves team cannot play in the 2. divisjon either. If a reserve team ends up at a promotion spot when it is not allowed to be promoted, the promotion is awarded to best following team in the league standings which is allowed to be promoted. Hasle-Løren Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from the neighborhoods Hasle and Løren in Oslo.
