The 2017 Liga 2 Final decided the winner of the 2017 Liga 2, the second-tier competition in Indonesia. It was played on 28 November 2017 at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium in Bandung between PSMS Medan and Persebaya Surabaya. Persebaya won the match 3–2 on extra time after a 2–2 draw at regular time, winning their 4th title overall. Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium ( id, Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api, literally meaning "Bandung Sea of Fire Sports Stadium") is a stadium in Gedebage subdistrict, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Funding The initial agreement between the provincial government had an MoU with the Bandung City Government in 2008, with agreed proportion of 60% funding from the provincial government. Therefore, the stadium will be owned by the provincial government. In recent developments, with the MoU signed 27 December 2009, the whole funding is from the city government and the stadium would be owned by the city government. I Made Adi Wirahadi (born 24 April 1983) is an Indonesian former footballer who plays as a striker. He is also a First Police Brigadier in the Indonesian National Police. Club career Bhayangkara Wirahadi was signed for Bhayangkara to play in Liga 1 in the 2019 season. Overtime or extra time is an additional period of play specified under the rules of a sport to bring a game to a decision and avoid declaring the match a tie or draw where the scores are the same.
