Vladislav Antonov
Vladislav Nikolayevich Antonov (russian: Владислав Николаевич Антонов; born 21 September 1991) is a Russian luger. Antonov, together with Alexander Denisyev, participated in doubles and in team relay competitions at the 2014 Winter Olympics. Denisyev and Antonov became the fifth in doubles, and, together with Tatiana Ivanova and Albert Demchenko they won the silver medal in the team relay. Antonov was later stripped of that medal, after Albert Demchenko and Tatiana Ivanova were banned for doping violations on 22 December 2017, and the results of the Russian team were annulled. On 1 February 2018, their results were restored as a result of the successful appeal. Tatiana Ivanovna Ivanova (russian: Татьяна Ивановна Иванова; born 16 February 1991) is a Russian luger who has competed since 2000. She won the women's singles event at the FIL European Luge Championships in 2010, 2012, 2018 and 2020. Ivanova debuted in the World Cup in the 2008–09 season, finishing 17th. Matthew "Matt" Mortensen (born December 11, 1985) is an American luger who has been competing since 2000. His best Luge World Cup season finish was silver in both the Lake Placid, United States, and Altenberg, Germany, World Cups in 2016–2017. Mortensen and teammate Jayson Terdiman finished the 2016–2017 season ranked 3rd internationally. Mortensen's best finish at the FIL World Luge Championships was 7th in the doubles event in Cesana, Italy, in 2011 and 2nd in the Team Relay event in the 2017 World Championships in Igls, Austria. He serves as an electrician in the 1156th Engineering Company of the New York Army National Guard, and is a member of the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program. Tucker West (born June 15, 1995) is an American luger who, at the age of 18, was the youngest male ever to qualify to represent the United States in the men's luge at the Olympics. West placed 22nd in the men's single competition at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. Career West attended National Sports Academy High in Lake Placid, New York. Before going away to school he was a resident of Ridgefield, Connecticut. When West was a boy, his father designed and built a wood luge track in the backyard of their Ridgefield home. West attends Union College in Schenectady, New York. Johannes Ludwig (born 14 February 1986) is an Olympic gold medal-winning German luger who has competed since 1996. He won a bronze medal in the Team relay event at the FIL European Luge Championships 2010 in Sigulda. At the 2018 Winter Olympics, held in Pyeongchang, South Korea, Ludwig won the bronze medal in the men's singles luge and the gold in the team relay luge, along with his teammates Natalie Geisenberger, Tobias Wendl, and Tobias Arlt. Georg Fischler
Georg Fischler (born 3 July 1985 in Hall in Tirol) is an Austrian former luger who competed between 2003 and 2018. He and doubles partner Peter Penz took two medals at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyongchang: a silver in the doubles competition and a bronze in the team relay. They were also gold medallists in the doubles at the 2012 European Luge Championships in Paramonovo. In addition the pair took six medals at the FIL World Luge Championships: four in the doubles and two in mixed team competitions. He won two medals in the mixed team event at the FIL World Luge Championships with a silver in 2009 and a bronze in 2007.
