2016–17 Serbian Cup
The 2016–17 Serbian Cup season was the eleventh season of the Serbian national football tournament. The competition started in September 2016, and ended in May 2017. The winner of the competition qualified for the 2017–18 UEFA Europa League. Calendar Preliminary round A preliminary round was held in order to reduce the number of teams competing in the first round to 32. It consisted of 3 single-legged ties, with a penalty shoot-out as the decider if the score was tied after 90 minutes. This round featured the bottom 5 teams from the 2015–16 Serbian First League, as well as 5 regional cup winners. The draw was held on 3 September 2016, and it contained seeded and unseeded teams. The bottom 5 teams from the 2015–16 Serbian First League ( Dinamo Vranje, Sloboda Užice, Donji Srem, Loznica and Radnički 1923) were set as unseeded teams, with the 5 regional cup winners (Žarkovo, Radan Lebane, Polet Ljubić, Mladost Bački Jarak and Trepča) being set as seeded teams. ...

Serbian Cup
The Serbian Cup ( Serbian: Куп Србије, Kup Srbije) is the national football cup of Serbia. The winner of the competition gets a spot in the UEFA Europa League qualifying round. From 2006 to 2010, the competition was known as the Lav Cup for sponsorship reasons. History Serbia's cup tournament is the legal successor to the Serbia and Montenegro Cup and in turn of the Yugoslav Cup. This cup tournament lasted for four seasons up until the dissolution of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro in 2006. The tournament was dominated by Serbian clubs with no Montenegrin sides reaching the final. Belgrade giants Red Star were easily the most successful club reaching the final all four years winning twice and losing in the final the other two seasons. Surprisingly, Red Star's cross-town rival Partizan did not appear in a single final. FK Dinamo Vranje
FK Dinamo Vranje () is a football club based in Vranje, Serbia. They compete in the Pčinja District League, the fifth tier of the national league system. History After spending 12 consecutive seasons in the third tier, the club won the Serbian League East and took promotion to the Serbian First League in 2006. They thus reached the second tier for the first time in their history. However, the club was promptly relegated back to the third tier. They managed to win a second promotion to the Serbian First League in 2008. Serbian League West
Serbian League West ( sr, Српска лига Запад, Srpska liga Zapad) is one of four sections of the Serbian League, the third national tier. The other three sections are Serbian League Belgrade, Serbian League East and Serbian League Vojvodina. It is also the highest regional league for the western part of Serbia. The league was founded in 2003 following a merger between the Serbian League Dunav and the Serbian League Morava. FK Sloga Petrovac Na Mlavi
FK Sloga 33 () is a football club based in Petrovac, Serbia. They compete in the Podunavlje-Šumadija Zone League, the fourth tier of the national league system. History The club took part in the 1951 Yugoslav Cup, defeating Radnički Beograd 4–1 in the opening round. They faced Partizan in the next phase and lost 15–0, as Stjepan Bobek scored eight goals for the Belgrade side. After winning the Podunavlje Zone League in 2007, the club spent six seasons in the Serbian League West.
