FK Dinamo Vranje
FK Dinamo Vranje () is a football club based in Vranje, Serbia. They compete in the Pčinja District League, the fifth tier of the national league system. History After spending 12 consecutive seasons in the third tier, the club won the Serbian League East and took promotion to the Serbian First League in 2006. They thus reached the second tier for the first time in their history. However, the club was promptly relegated back to the third tier. They managed to win a second promotion to the Serbian First League in 2008. Over the next three years, the club competed in the second tier of Serbian football, before being relegated back to the Serbian League East in 2011. After dropping to the Niš Zone League in 2013, the club was promoted back to the Serbian League East in 2014 and subsequently to the Serbian First League in 2015. Serbian League East
Serbian League East ( Serbian: Српска лига Исток / Srpska liga Istok) is one of four sections of the Serbian League, the third national tier. The other three sections are Serbian League Belgrade, Serbian League Vojvodina and Serbian League West. It is also the highest regional league for the eastern part of Serbia. The league was founded in 2003 following a merger between the Serbian League Niš and the Serbian League Timok. Format The league is formed by 16 clubs which play all against one another twice, once at home, once away. Champion Serbian League East goes to Serbian First League. The Serbian First League (Serbian: Prva liga Srbije) is the second-highest football league in Serbia. The league is operated by the Serbian FA. 18 teams will compete in this league for the 2008–09 season. 2007–08 Serbian Cup
The 2007–08 Serbian Cup season is the second season of Serbia's football knockout competition. Red Star, the holders of the Lav Kup Srbije, began the tournament as favorites to lift the cup again. It seemed as though Red Star where on their way to winning the cup again having passed all stages with class. Then came the semifinal clash with arch-rival Partizan in what many considered the game of the tournament. The match came with much controversy due to a goal Red Star scored late that was flagged for offside. The replays clearly showed that Red Star's midfielder Nenad Milijaš was on, but what made matters worse was the fact that the referee apologized to him and admitted that he had made a mistake. Several days after the incident the side judge retired from refereeing and openly apologized to Red Star and the supporters of the team. In the final Partizan went on to face heavy underdog FK Zemun, who had a miracle run in the cup which included three wins from penalty shootouts ...

2006–07 Serbian Cup
The 2006–07 Serbian Cup season was the first staging of Serbia's football knockout competition. It was the first tournament that Serbia ever held as an independent football association. Montenegro also held its first independent cup tournament in the 2006–07 season. The predecessor competition was the Serbia and Montenegro Cup until that state dissolved. Heavy favorites Red Star defeated Vojvodina to win the tournament and become Serbia's first cup winner and later clinched the Meridian SuperLiga title to claim its tenth domestic double.
