2016 Mongolian First League (often referred to as the 2016 Mongolian 1st League) is Second-highest division of the Mongolia. Mongolia First League
The Mongolian First League (also known as the Khurkhree National First League for sponsorship reasons) is the second-highest division of Mongolian football leagues. Foundation The Mongolia First League was founded in 2015 by the Mongolian Football Federation. The league started with the name ''Khurkhree First League'', including the reference to the sponsor in the name, and the first edition was made up of the ''Continental FC'' team. Baganuur KhK FC
8Baganuur ( mn, Багануур, , ''Little Lake'') is one of nine düüregs (districts) of the Mongolian capital of Ulaanbaatar. It is subdivided into six khoroos (subdistricts). Baganuur is a distanced district, located as an exclave of on the border between the Töv and Khentii aimags. It was created as a Soviet army base for the 12th Motor Rifle Division. Later the largest open-pit coal mine in Mongolia was built here. Baganuur city is one of the largest industrial production locations in Mongolia, especially coal mining and would rank among the country's ten largest cities. There are efforts under way to separate its administration from the capital to make it an independent city. Transportation Baganuur is the endpoint of a side line of the Trans-Mongolian Railway, which connects to the main line in Bagakhangai. Mongolian National Premier League
The Mongolian National Premier League (Mongolian language, Mongolian: ''Монголын Үндэсний Дээд Лиг''), also known as the Hisense Premier League for sponsorship reasons, is the top-tier professional association football, football league of Mongolia. It is contested by ten clubs and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Mongolia 1st League, 1st League. The league is controlled by the Mongolian Football Federation. The inaugural season started in 1955. Seasons start in late April and last until late October or early November. Western FC
Western Football Club was a 19th-century football club based in Partick, in Glasgow. History The club was formed out of a cricket club and was one of the original 16 teams to participate in the inaugural season of the Scottish Cup. It seems to have had some wealthy benefactors, as the club contributed £4 to the cost of the Cup, £1 more than the well-backed Alexandra Athletic F.C. and only behind Queen's Park and Clydesdale, both of whom had large memberships. The club was also active in the administration of the game, the club's R. M. Liddell acting as the Scottish Football Association treasurer in its early days. Anduud City FC ( mn, Андууд Сити) is a professional football club from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia currently playing in the Mongolian National Premier League. History The club was established in July 2013. In 2016 the club finished in fourth place in the National Amateur Cup and won the right to compete in the Mongolian 1st League. The team won the league championship that season and qualified for the Mongolian Premier League for the 2017 season. The club was named Goyo FC until the 2018 season.
