2016 Kerry Senior Hurling Championship
The 2016 Kerry Senior Hurling Championship was the 115th staging of the Kerry Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Kerry County Board in 1889. The competition ran from 25 June to 24 September 2016. Kilmoyley were the defending champions. The final, a replay, was played on 24 September 2016 at Austin Stack Park in Tralee, between Kilmoyley and Ballyduff, in what was their first meeting in the final in 28 years. Kilmoyley won the match by 1–18 to 2–13 to claim a record-equalling 24th championship title overall and a second title in succession. Crotta O'Neill's are a hurling club in the Kilflynn area of County Kerry, Ireland. The club is named after Maurice O'Neill, an Irish Republican. They play in the Kerry Senior Hurling Championship. Mikey Boyle
Mikey Boyle is a hurler who plays with Ballyduff GAA Club, Ballyduff and Kerry GAA, Kerry. Causeway Comprehensive School Boyle played with Causeway Comprehensive School during his school days. He helped the school to win the 2003 All-Ireland Vocational Schools Championship, All-Ireland Vocational Schools Football Championship after a win over Holy Trinity College, Cookstown. Jack Goulding
Jack Goulding (born 1998) is an Irish hurler who plays as a right corner-forward at senior level for the Kerry county team. Born in Ballyduff, County Kerry, Goulding first played competitive hurling at Causeway Comprehensive School. He simultaneously came to prominence at juvenile and underage levels with the Ballyduff club. He subsequently won a county championship medal with the club's senior team. Goulding made his debut on the inter-county scene as a member of the Kerry minor team as a dual player. He enjoyed several championship seasons in this grade, culminating with the winning of All-Ireland medals in both codes. Shane Nolan is a hurler from County Kerry. He has played with the Kerry intercounty team and with his local Crotta O'Neill's club. Club At club level Nolan plays with Crotta O'Neill's. Daniel "Danny" Collins (born 1994) is an Irish hurler who plays as a center half forward for the Kerry senior team. Born in Kilmoyley, County Kerry, Collins first played competitive hurling during his schooling at Causeway Comprehensive School.
