The general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party () is the head of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the sole ruling party of the People's Republic of China (PRC). Since 1989, the CCP general secretary has been the paramount leader of the PRC. Li Jinbin
Li Jinbin (; born February 1958) is a Chinese politician who has served as the Communist Party Secretary of Anhui since 2016. Originally from Sichuan province, Li spent his early career in Jilin province. He was Vice-Governor of Jilin from 2002 to 2007. He then worked briefly in Shaanxi before being transferred to Anhui to take on increasingly senior leadership roles. Biography Li Jinbin was born in February 1958 in Chengdu, Sichuan province. Shen Yiqin
Shen Yiqin (; born 15 December 1959) is a Chinese politician of Bai ethnic heritage. She served as the Communist Party Secretary of Guizhou, a province in southwestern China, between November 2020 and December 2022. Shen is the third female provincial-level party chief since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949 after Wan Shaofen and current Vice Premier Sun Chunlan. Career Shen was born in Zhijin County, Guizhou. Shen belonged to a group of sent-down youth in the latter years of the Cultural Revolution. After the Cultural Revolution ended, she began studying history at Guizhou University. After graduating, she was sent to work for the provincial party school in Guizhou as a lecturer. Sun Zhigang (; born 30 May 1954) is a Chinese politician who was the former Communist Party Secretary of Guizhou. He was formerly mayor of Yichang, the secretary-general of the Hubei party committee under Yu Zhengsheng, the Vice-Governor of Anhui province, and chief of the national office for health care reform. Zhu Xiaodan (; born January 1953) is the Chinese politician who served as Governor of Guangdong from 2011 to 2016. Lin Duo (; born March 1956) is a Chinese politician currently serving as Communist Party secretary of Gansu province. He formerly served as Communist Party Secretary and Mayor of Harbin, and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Liaoning Province. Gansu
Gansu (, ; alternately romanized as Kansu) is a province in Northwest China. Its capital and largest city is Lanzhou, in the southeast part of the province.
