The 2015–16 Polish Cup was the 59th edition of the Polish Volleyball Cup tournament. PGE Skra Bełchatów beat ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle in the final (3–2) and won its seventh Polish Cup. Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. The complete set of rules is extensive, but play essentially proceeds as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into the receiving team's court. The receiving team must not let the ball be grounded within their court. The team may touch the ball up to three times to return the ball to the other side of the court, but individual players may not touch the ball twice consecutively. ...

Trefl Gdańsk
Trefl Gdańsk, previously known as Lotos Trefl Gdańsk, is a professional men's volleyball club based in Gdańsk in northern Poland. The club was founded in 2005 and promoted to the Polish PlusLiga in 2011. Two–time Polish Cup winner (2015, 2018). Honours * Polish Cup :Winners (2): 2014–15, 2017–18 * Polish SuperCup :Winners (1): 2015–16 Club history Trefl Gdańsk was founded in 2005, and began its history in the 2nd Polish Volleyball League, playing there until 2007. The club was promoted to PlusLiga in 2008 after spending just one season in the 1st Polish Volleyball League. Unfortunately, Trefl did not manage to stay in the league for long and has been relegated in the next season, in 2009. The 2015–16 PlusLiga was the 80th season of the Polish Volleyball Championship, the 16th season as a professional league organized by the Professional Volleyball League SA ( pl, Profesjonalna Liga Piłki Siatkowej SA) under the supervision of the Polish Volleyball Federation ( pl, Polski Związek Piłki Siatkowej). Benjamin Toniutti
Benjamin Toniutti (born 30 October 1989) is a French professional volleyball player who plays as a setter for Jastrzębski Węgiel and the France national team. He won a gold medal in the men's tournament at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, and is the 2015 European Champion and the 2021 Champions League winner with ZAKSA. Personal life Toniutti was born and raised in Alsace by his father Maurizio, an Italian French, and French mother Cathy. His parents often travel to attend Toniutti's league matches. Srećko Lisinac ( sr-Cyrl, Срећко Лисинац; born 17 May 1992) is a Serbian professional volleyball player. He is a member of the Serbia national team. At the professional club level, he plays for Projekt Warsaw. Career Club In the 2013/2014 season, Lisinac won the title of German Champion with Berlin Recycling Volleys. Paweł Zatorski
Paweł Zatorski (born 21 June 1990) is a Polish professional volleyball player. He is a member of the Poland national team, a participant in the Olympic Games (Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020), two–time World Champion (2014, 2018), 2012 World League winner, and the 2021 Champions League winner. Facundo Conte
Facundo Conte (born 25 August 1989) is an Argentine professional volleyball player who plays as an outside hitter for Ciudad Vóley and the Argentina national team. Conte won a bronze medal at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. Personal life Facundo was born in Vicente López, Argentina. His father, Hugo Conte, is a former volleyball player who was part of the national team that won a bronze medal at the 1988 Olympic Games. Łukasz Wiśniewski (born 3 February 1989) is a Polish professional volleyball player who plays as a middle blocker for Skra Bełchatów. He is a former member of the Poland national team. Resovia (volleyball)
Resovia, officially known for sponsorship reasons as Asseco Resovia, is a professional men's volleyball club based in Rzeszów in southeastern Poland, founded in 1937. They compete in the Polish PlusLiga. The club has won seven Polish Champion titles, and three Polish Cups.
