The 2015–16 Macedonian First League was the 24th season of the Macedonian First League, with 8 teams participating in it. Regular season started on October 10, 2015, and finished on April 23, 2016, followed by the playoffs, with the six best placed teams joining it. Boris Trajkovski Sports Center
The Boris Trajkovski Sports Center ( mk, Спортски центар Борис Трајковски, Sportski centar Boris Trajkovski) in Skopje is a multi-functional indoor sports arena. It is located in the Karpoš Municipality of Skopje, North Macedonia. It is named after the former president, Boris Trajkovski, who died in a plane crash in 2004. It has a maximum seating capacity of 7,000 for handball, 7,500 for basketball and 10,000 for concerts. The venue also contains four restaurants and a sports bar. Dimitar Mirakovski (born May 14, 1981), is a former Macedonian professional basketball player. Pro career Since beginning his professional career in 1999, Mirakovski has spent the majority of his career playing in the Macedonian Premier League. He has also made brief stops in Kosovo with BC Peje, Bulgaria with CSKA Sofia and Greece with Rethymno BC. Marin Dokuzovski ( mk, Марин Докузовски; born July 14, 1960 in Skopje) is a Macedonian former professional basketball coach. Career Dokuzovski played club basketball at the senior level from 1978 to 1989 with the Yugoslav League club Rabotnički. Damjan Stojanovski
Damjan Stojanovski ( mk, Дамјан Стојановски; born December 9, 1987) is a Macedonian professional basketball player who currently plays for MZT Skopje Aerodrom. He also represents the Macedonian national basketball team. He is 1.98 m (6 ft 6 in) in height and plays at the Shooting guard and Small Forward positions. He is a twin brother of Vojdan Stojanovski and the younger brother of former basketball player Ognen Stojanovski. Aleksandar Jončevski (born January 9, 1981) is a Macedonian professional basketball coach. Coaching career He started his coaching career in 2010 in KFUM Uppsala U18 in Sweden. After being one year ass.coach in Rabotnicki, he became assistant head coach in MZT Skopje from 2012-2015, competing in Adriatic League, ULEB Eurocup and the national Championship.
