2015 TCR International Series Buriram Round
The 2015 TCR International Series Buriram round was the tenth round of the 2015 TCR International Series season as well as the third round of the 2015 TCR Asia Series season. It took place on 25 October at the Chang International Circuit. Pepe Oriola won the first race, starting from second position, and Stefano Comini gained the second one, both driving a SEAT León Cup Racer. Success Ballast Due to the results obtained in the previous round, Stefano Comini and Michael Choi received +30 kg, Kevin Gleason and Frank Yu +20 kg and Jordi Gené and George Chou +10 kg. Nevertheless, Yu and Chou didn't take part at this event, so they would have taken the ballast at the first round they would have participated. Chang International Circuit
The Buriram International Circuit (known as Chang International Circuit (ช้าง อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เซอร์กิต) for commercial purposes, but listed by its non-commercial name because of alcohol restrictions in some countries) is a motorsport race track in Buriram, Buriram Province, Thailand. The circuit was opened in 2014. This is the first FIA Grade 1 and FIM Grade A circuit in Thailand. The track's primary corporate sponsor, Chang Beer, named the track as part of the sponsorship; however, because of laws regarding alcohol sponsorship in France and Qatar, the circuit uses the non-commercial name in FIM documentation. "Michael" Choi Koon Ming (born 25 June 1968) (:蔡冠明)is a Hong Kong racing driver and businessman currently competing in the TCR Asia Series. Having previously competed in the Asian Touring Car Series, Clio Cup China Series and Asian Formula Renault Series amongst others. Racing career Choi began his career in 2004 in the Asian Formula Renault Series, he finished 5th in standings in 2012. Tomas Engström (born 18 January 1964) is a Swedish auto racing driver. He is married with four children. In the 1990s he dominated the Swedish Camaro Cup, winning five back-to-back titles between 1994 and 1998. Since then he has mainly competed in touring cars, driving in the Swedish Touring Car Championship since 1999, when he entered an independent Chrysler Stratus. Campos Racing is a Spanish motor racing team, founded by former Formula One driver Adrián Campos. The team has been successful in Formula Three and the GP2 Series. Hugo Valente (born 17 June 1992) is a French former auto racing driver.
