2015 PGA Tour Latinoamérica
The 2015 PGA Tour Latinoamérica was the fourth season of PGA Tour Latinoamérica, the main professional golf tour in Latin America, operated and run by the PGA Tour. Schedule The following table lists official events during the 2015 season. Unofficial events The following events were sanctioned by the PGA Tour Latinoamérica, but did not carry official money, nor were wins official. Order of Merit The Order of Merit was based on prize money won during the season, calculated in U.S. dollars. The top five players on the Order of Merit earned status to play on the 2016 Web.com Tour. Rodolfo Cazaubón
Rodolfo Cazaubón Jr. (born 5 August 1989) is a Mexican professional golfer who currently plays on the Web.com Tour. Amateur career Cazaubón played college golf at the University of North Texas where he won three tournaments in his senior year and was an All-American in 2013. He played on the Mexican team in the 2010 and 2012 Eisenhower Trophy. The 2012 team finished second to the United States by five strokes. He also played on the Mexican team in the 2011 World University Games, helping the team to a bronze medal. Professional career Cazaubón turned professional in 2013 and largely played on PGA Tour Latinoamérica during the 2014 season. His best result during his inaugural season as a professional was a second place at the 2014 Mundo Maya Open. The Stella Artois Open was a men's professional golf tournament on PGA Tour Latinoamérica played on the Fuego Maya Golf Course at La Reunion Golf Resort in Antigua, Guatemala. The Mundo Maya Open was a men's professional golf tournament held in Mexico on PGA Tour Latinoamérica. The tournament was the inaugural event on PGA Tour Latinoamérica when it was first hosted in 2012 and has been hosted on the Jack Nicklaus designed El Jaguar course at the Yucatán Country Club since its inception. Alexandre Rocha
Alexandre Nardy Rocha (born 21 November 1977) is a Brazilian professional golfer. Rocha was born in São Paulo. He had a successful collegiate career in the United States, where he attended Mississippi State University, before turning professional in 2000. He won tournaments in South America and Canada before qualifying for the European Tour at the end of 2005. He did not win enough money during his rookie season to retain his playing status and returned to qualifying school where he was the joint winner alongside Carlos Rodiles. Having lost his card on the European Tour again at the end of the 2009 season, Rocha qualified for the Asian Tour for 2010. In 2010, Rocha became the second Brazilian (after Jaime Gonzalez, who played on the PGA Tour up until 1982) to join the PGA Tour when he graduated from Qualifying School. The Brazil Open or Aberto do Brasil is an annual golf tournament held in Brazil. It was founded in 1945 and was an event on the Tour de las Américas on several occasions, most recently in 2005. It is now an event on PGA Tour Latinoamérica.
