Bogyoke Aung San Stadium
The Bogyoke Aung San Stadium () is a multi-purpose stadium, located in downtown Yangon, Myanmar. It was built as an athletic ground in 1906, which was completed in 1909 and named as Burma Athletic Association Ground, where many sports were held such as cricket, football and tennis. The runway was constructed in 1935. Overview Renovated and renamed after Aung San in 1953, the 40,000 seat stadium is still the largest stadium in Myanmar and was the national stadium until the mid-1980s. Soe Min Oo ( my, စိုးမင်းဦး; born 8 March 1988) is a Burmese footballer who plays for the Myanmar national football team and Shan United of Myanmar National League. As a secondary school student, Soe played in Student football competitions. In 2004, he went to Mandalay Institute of Sports and was chosen for Myanmar U-16 on the same year. Keith Nah (born 20 June 1995) is a Liberian footballer who plays for Nakhon Pathom United as a striker.
