2015 Brunei Super League
The 2015 Brunei Super League is the third season of the Brunei Super League. It is organized by the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam and sponsored by DST Group. On 23 October 2015, MS ABDB clinched the title with two games left to play. A 6–1 victory over Kilanas FC had put them 13 points ahead of second-placed Indera SC, guaranteeing the Armymen's first league title since 1985. On 25 October 2015, the match between Tabuan Muda and Indera SC was initially ruled as a 3-0 walkover to Tabuan Muda after a third sending-off of an Indera player. However, this was against tournament rules (based on the Laws of the Game) which ruled that a match cannot continue with seven players in a team, and the referee of that match was deemed to have made an error of judgment. The match was scheduled to be replayed on 22 November, but this time Tabuan Muda did not field enough players for the match and thus resulted in a 3-0 walkover to Indera SC. Brunei Super League
The Brunei Super League (''Liga Super Brunei'' in Malay) is a Bruneian professional league for association football. It is at the top flight of the Bruneian football league system and it is managed by the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD). The clubs participating in this top flight league need to pass a set of requirements and verification process, particularly related to professionalism and infrastructure feasibility. The championship winner will receive B$14,000 ($10,000 USD) as prize money, as well as being eligible for the AFC Cup as Brunei's representative, provided that the club conforms to AFC's Club Licence criteria. Jerudong Football Club () is a Bruneian football club that plays in the Brunei Super League. With almost 30 years of service, the club has experienced its fair share of highs and lows while competing in the various leagues. Azri Zahari
Mohammad Azri bin Zahari (born 12 February 1992) is a Bruneian footballer who last played for MS PDB as a full-back or striker. A versatile player who is adept at playing on both flanks as a full-back, Azri can also play in central defence, midfield or even as a striker, scoring 12 goals in the 2015 season operating as a forward for his club. Abdul Azizi Ali Rahman
Soldadu Abdul Azizi bin Ali Rahman is a Bruneian professional footballer who plays for DPMM FC and the Brunei national team as a striker. He is the current leading goalscorer of the Brunei Super League since its establishment in 2012. Club career Abdul Azizi began playing for the football team of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces in 2009. He has won the Brunei FA Cup with MS ABDB for 4 consecutive times, scoring in the 2015 final. He had once scored 6 goals in one match, in an 11–1 victory over Najip FC in 2013. DST Group Brunei Premier League ( ms, DST GROUP LIGA PERDANA BRUNEI) was the top-tier football league of Brunei until 2012, when it became the second tier of the football pyramid of Brunei with the creation of the Brunei Super League by the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam. Tutong District (; Jawi: دائيره توتوڠ) or simply Tutong is one of the four districts of Brunei. It has an area of ; the population was 48,313 in 2016. The administrative town is Pekan Tutong. It is home to Tasek Merimbun, the country's largest natural lake. Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. It is currently used mostly for association football matches. The stadium holds 28,000 and was opened on 23 September 1983. It was named after Bruneian Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah. Construction Unusually for a public building in Brunei, members of the public donated and contributed towards the building of the stadium.
