The 2014–15 Liga IV was the 73rd season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The champions of each county association play against one from a neighboring county in a playoff to gain promotion. Liga IV
Liga IV is the fourth level of the Romanian football league system. Its name was changed from Divizia D into Liga IV before the start of play for the 2006–07 season. Current format Liga IV has 42 divisions. The divisions are regionalised and are organised by every county association. Each team plays in their own county. The county associations decide how many teams play in the league and how many matches each side plays. In Romania the most frequently used system is one division with matches played home and away. A number of associations prefer 2 or even 4 parallel divisions with the teams finishing first meeting in a play-off to decide the champion. The number of teams differ from one county association to another. The Mureș County association has the fewest teams, 8, which play in a Scottish system, playing 4 times against one another. Constanța County
Constanța () is a county ( județ) of Romania on the border with Bulgaria, in the Dobruja region. Its capital city is also named Constanța. Demographics In 2011, it had a population of 684,082 and the population density was 96/km2. The degree of urbanization is much higher (about 75%) than the Romanian average. Fotbal Club Viitorul II Constanța, commonly known as Viitorul II Constanța () or simply Viitorul II, was the reserve squad of Romanian first league side, Viitorul Constanța. History The team was founded in the summer of 2014 from the desire to have a team of seniors where the players who just finished the youth academy can be accommodated with the level of seniors in the idea of being subsequently promoted to the first team. The team was enrolled in Liga IV – Constanța County where it was crowned as champion after just one season, winning the league with only victories on the line. CSM Oltenița
Club Sportiv Municipal Oltenița, commonly known as CSM Oltenița, or simply Oltenița (), is a professional Romanian football club based in Oltenița, Călărași County. The team was founded as ''Șantierul Naval Oltenița'' in 1948 and played between 1965 and 1992 in the Liga II and Liga III. After 1992 the team had only sporadic appearances in the third league, before being declared bankrupt at the end of the 2004–05 season. For 7 years football has disappeared from the city, and the stadium has also become a ruin. CS Avântul Valea Mărului
Clubul Sportiv Avântul Valea Mărului, commonly known as Avântul Valea Mărului, is a Romanian professional football club based in Valea Mărului, Galați County, Romania. History Clubul Sportiv Avântul Valea Mărului was founded in 2011 and after only one season promoted to Liga IV – Galați County. The club won Liga IV three times then, first time they lost the promotion play-off match against Olimpia Râmnicu Sărat 1–7 on aggregate. Next season they won 7–2 on aggregate against Vaslui County champions, Pajura Huși, and promoted to Liga III for the first time in the club's history.
