2014 National Football Challenge Cup
The 2014 National Football Challenge Cup was 24th season of domestic cup tournament in Pakistani football. It was sponsored by National Bank of Pakistan, and known as NBP National Football Challenge Cup. 12 teams participated in the tournament. National Bank were the defending champions, but were eliminated in quarter-finals by Karachi Port Trust. Pakistan Airforce won their first title after defeating KESC 2–1 in the finals. The Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA; ur, ) is a government-owned public utility maintaining power and water in Pakistan, although it does not manage thermal power. WAPDA includes Tarbela and Mangla dams among its resources. Its headquarters are in Lahore. Mansoor Khan ( ps, منصور خان; born 20 February 1997) is a Pakistani professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Pakistan Airforce. He won the National Challenge Cup twice with Pakistan Airforce, winning the first in 2014 and second in 2018. Early life and career Mansoor was born in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Muhammad Rasool (born May 23, 1985) is a Pakistani former footballer who played as a forward. Rasool won the league with K-Electric in 2014–15 season.
