2013 Uzbek League
The 2013 Uzbek League season was the 22nd season of top level football in Uzbekistan since independence in 1992. Pakhtakor were the defending champions from the 2012 campaign. Teams Mash'al Mubarek and FK Andijan were relegated in the last edition of the Uzbek League to First League. Uzbek League
Uzbekistan Super League ( uz, O'zbekiston Superligasi), also called Coca-Cola Uzbekistan Super League due to sponsorship reasons ( uz, Coca-Cola O'zbekiston Superligasi / Coca-Cola Ўзбекистон Суперлигаси), is the top division of professional football in Uzbekistan. It is operated under the auspices of the Uzbekistan Professional Football League and Uzbekistan Football Association. It was founded in 1992 and currently played with 14 teams. The top team qualifies to the group stage of the AFC Champions League. Bukhara ( Uzbek: /, ; tg, Бухоро, ) is the seventh-largest city in Uzbekistan, with a population of 280,187 , and the capital of Bukhara Region. Bunyodkor Stadium
The Milliy Stadium ( uz, Milliy stadioni) is a football stadium in the city of Tashkent — the capital of Uzbekistan. Located in Chilanzar District of Tashkent, on Bunyodkor Avenue. It seats 34,000 spectators, thus becoming the second largest stadium in Uzbekistan after the Pakhtakor Stadium, which seats 35,000 spectators. It is the home arena of the FC Bunyodkor and Uzbekistan national football team. From its opening in September 2012 until June 2018, the stadium was called "Bunyodkor Stadium". In June 2018, the stadium was renamed "Milliy", which translated from the Uzbek language means "National", that is, "National Stadium" (Uzbek: ''Milliy stadioni''). Mirjalol Qosimov
Mirjalol Kushakovich Qosimov ( uz, Mirjalol Qoʻshoqovich Qosimov, russian: Мирджалол Кушакович Касымов; in English also: Mirdjalal Kasimov or Kasymov) (born 17 September 1970) is a former head coach of the Uzbekistan national football team. He also played for the national team as a playmaker. Qosimov is currently the manager of AGMK. Club career Qosimov finished his career in 2005 with FK Mash'al Mubarek, which plays in Uzbek League ( uz, O'zbekiston Oliy Ligasi). He played a vital role in ''Mash'al'' becoming runners-up during the 2005 Uzbek national football club championship, which was the club's best ever finish. 2005 he decided to finish his career. Uzbekistan Pro League (Uzbek language, Uzbek: ''O'zbekiston Pro Ligasi'') is a association football, professional football league in Uzbekistan, and currently the second level after the Uzbekistan Super League. FK Andijan
Football Club Andijan, also known as FC Andijan, is an Uzbek football club based in Andijan. The club plays in Uzbekistan Super League. History The club was formed 1964 under the name ''Spartak''. In 1969 the club was renamed ''Andijanez''. After 1990 the club played in Uzbek League as ''Navruz Andijan''. Since 1997 the club has played as ''FK Andijan''. In 1964–70, 1973–74 and 1986–91 the club played in Soviet League championships. On 22 August 2012 club hired Azamat Abduraimov as head coach to help Andijan remain in the top division, however the club was relegated to the Uzbekistan First League. FC Mash'al Mubarek ( uz, Mashal Muborak professional futbol klubi) is an Uzbek football club based in Mubarek. ''Mash'al'' means a torch. History The club was founded in 1982. Mashʼal played its first years in province league, later in UzSSR league. In 1993 the club started to play in Uzbekistan First League and two years later after 1994 season club gained promotion to Oliy League. In the 2005 season Mashʼal finished runners-up in League after Pakhtakor which is club's highest achievement in history.
