Miguel Guzmán (born 22 January 1961) is an Argentine professional golfer. Born in Santiago del Estero, Guzmán worked as a caddie in Santiago del Estero, before turning professional in 1981. During his career, Guzmán won the Argentine Professional Ranking in 1990. He won more than twenty tournaments in South America. Carlos Franco
Carlos Daniel Franco (born 24 May 1965) is a Paraguayan professional golfer who currently plays on the PGA Tour Champions. He is the brother of golfer Ángel Franco. Franco was born in Asunción, Paraguay. He comes from a poor background and grew up in a one-room, dirt-floor home. His father was a greenkeeper and caddie, and he has five brothers, all of whom became golf professionals. Carlos turned professional in 1986 and has played in many parts of the world. He has won more than twenty tournaments in Latin America, and from 1994 to 1999 he won five times on the Japan Golf Tour. He also won the 1994 Philippine Open title on the Asia Golf Circuit and claimed the Order of Merit title that season. Ángel Cabrera
Ángel Cabrera (; born 12 September 1969) is an Argentine professional golfer who has played on both the European Tour and PGA Tour. He is known affectionately as ''"El Pato"'' in Spanish ''("The Duck")'' for his waddling gait. He is a two-time major champion, with wins at the U.S. Open in 2007 and the Masters in 2009; he was the first (and still only as of 2021) Argentine and South American to win either. Ricardo González (golfer)
Ricardo González (born 24 October 1969) is an Argentine professional golfer. Career González turned professional in 1986, and has spent much of his career in Europe. He won a place on the European Tour in 1992 through qualifying school after playing on the second tier Challenge Tour in 1991. Having failed to win sufficient money to retain his tour card, he returned to the Challenge Tour in 1993. Having moved to Africa, González returned to Europe in 1998 after winning the Challenge Tour sanctioned Tusker Kenya Open, and secured a second shot on the European Tour by finishing 5th on the Challenge Tour Rankings that season. He has successfully retained his playing privileges since then by consistently finishing inside the top 115 of the Order of Merit each year. Abierto Del Litoral
The Coast Open, or Abierto del Litoral, is a golf tournament played in Argentina. Founded in 1932 as the Torneo de Profesionales (Professional Tournament), a name only used for the first two editions, it has always been played at the Rosario Golf Club in Rosario, Santa Fe. The tournament has been a fixture on the PGA Tour Latinoamérica Developmental Series. It was previously an annual stop on the higher level Tour de las Américas from 2000 until 2010 having been an event on that tours predecessor, the South American Tour, between 1993 and 1999. It was also included on the European Challenge Tour schedule in 2007 (2008 Challenge Tour, 2008 season), being one of five tournaments held in Latin America, and four in Argentina, that season. Fidel de Luca has the most victories, with eight. In 1932, 1952 and 1983 the championship ended in a tie, with no playoff being held to determine an outright winner. Nelson Lautaro Ledesma (born 25 July 1990) is an Argentinian professional golfer who currently plays on PGA Tour. He has won twice on the Korn Ferry Tour. Professional career Ledesma turned professional in 2007 and played much of his early career on the Argentine national professional golf tour, winning the Order of Merit in 2014, the Tour de las Américas and the PGA Tour Latinoamérica. He gained his card on the second tier United States based Web.com Tour for the 2018 season after finishing 5th on the PGA Tour Latinoamérica Order of Merit in 2017.
