2013 Keio Challenger
The 2013 Keio Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on hard courts. It was the ninth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2013 ATP Challenger Tour. Hardcourt
A hardcourt (or hard court) is a surface or floor on which a sport is played, most usually in reference to tennis courts. It is typically made of rigid materials such as asphalt or concrete, and covered with acrylic resins to seal the surface and mark the playing lines, while providing some cushioning. Historically, hardwood surfaces were also in use in indoor settings, similar to an indoor basketball court, but these surfaces are rare now. Tennis Tennis hard courts are made of synthetic/acrylic layers on top of a concrete or asphalt foundation and can vary in color. These courts tend to play medium-fast to fast because there is little energy absorption by the court, as with grass courts but unlike clay courts. Yūichi Sugita
is a Japanese tennis player. He has won one ATP singles title, and achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 36 on 9 October 2017. Career Juniors As a junior Sugita compiled a win–loss record of 34–19 (and 26–18 in doubles), reaching as high as No. 73 in the combined world rankings in February 2006. Sonchat Ratiwatana ( th, สนฉัตร รติวัฒน์, ), nicknamed Ton (, ; born January 23, 1982 in Bangkok) is a professional tennis player from Thailand. In 2007, Sonchat and his twin brother Sanchai Ratiwatana won their first ATP doubles title in Bangkok in their home country. In the final, the team beat 2007 Wimbledon men's doubles winner Michaël Llodra and 2007 U.S. Open men's doubles semifinalist Nicolas Mahut. He reached his highest doubles ranking at world number 39 as of 28 April 2008. He plays right-handed and turned professional in 2004. Sanchai Ratiwatana ( th, สรรค์ชัย รติวัฒน์, ), nicknamed Tong (, ; born January 23, 1982 in Bangkok), is a professional tennis player from Thailand. He turned professional in 2004. Chung Hyeon
Chung Hyeon (; ; born 19 May 1996) is a South Korean professional tennis player. He is the 2017 Next Gen Finals champion. As an unseeded player, he became the first Korean player to reach a Grand Slam semifinal at the 2018 Australian Open. Junior career Chung took up tennis as a way to try to help maintain his eyesight after requiring glasses at a young age. Chase Buchanan (born June 4, 1991) is an inactive American male tennis player. Buchanan grew up and attended grade school and high school in New Albany, Ohio and attended Ohio State University as a member of the tennis team. Career Buchanan reached no. 6 on the junior rankings on March 9, 2009. His first title came at age 15 on the junior tour. Daniel Kosakowski (born February 21, 1992) is a retired professional American tennis player. He played for the University of California, Los Angeles and was named Pacific-10 Conference 2011 Freshman Player of the Year. He resides in Downey, CA.
