2013 3 Hours Of Imola
The 2013 3 Hours of Imola was an auto racing event held at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari, Imola, Italy on 17–18 May 2013, and served as the second round of the 2013 European Le Mans Series season. Defending ELMS champions Pierre Thiriet and Mathias Beche of Thiriet by TDS Racing won the race over the Signatech Alpine. Paul-Loup Chatin and Gary Hirsch held the LMPC category lead from start to finish, while Johnny Mowlem and Matt Griffin earned RAM Racing their first victory in only their second LMGTE race. Fabio Babini, Viktor Shaitar, and Kirill Ladygin won the GTC class on their debut. Imola (; rgn, Jômla or ) is a city and '' comune'' in the Metropolitan City of Bologna, located on the river Santerno, in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy. Thierry Marc Boutsen (born 13 July 1957) is a Belgian former racing driver who raced for the Arrows, Benetton, Williams, Ligier and Jordan teams in Formula One. He competed in 164 World Championship Grands Prix (163 starts), winning three races, achieving 15 podiums and scoring 132 career points. His best finish in the World Drivers' Championship was fourth in whilst driving for Benetton. Status Grand Prix is a former motorsport team registered in Canada. Team history Based in Silverstone the team was formed in 2005 to run the A1 Team Ireland franchise in the new A1 Grand Prix series. The team's founders were former Jordan Grand Prix Executive Mark Gallagher and Dublin businessman Mark Kershaw. Later shareholders included former Formula One driver David Kennedy, John Hynes and Teddy Yip Jr., whose father Teddy Yip owned the Theodore Racing Formula One team. HVM Racing
HVM Racing was an auto racing team owned by Keith Wiggins that competed in the IndyCar Series. It competed in the Champ Car World Series in 2007 as Minardi Team USA when it was co-owned by Paul Stoddart. It has a long history of changes of ownership, including a previous incarnation as CTE-HVM Racing, co-owned by actor/comedian Cedric the Entertainer. Its 2007 driver lineup was Dan Clarke and former Formula One driver Robert Doornbos, who previously raced for Minardi F1. Morand Racing is an auto racing team founded by former racing driver Benoît Morand and based in Marly, Switzerland. The team traces its origins to 2000 when Morand founded PoleVision Racing which competed in numerous open-wheel series before switching to sports cars until 2011.
