2012–13 Wyoming Cowboys Basketball Team
The 2012–13 Wyoming Cowboys basketball team represented the University of Wyoming during the 2012–2013 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Their head coach was Larry Shyatt in his second year. They played their home games at the Arena-Auditorium in Laramie, Wyoming. The Cowboys were a member of the Mountain West Conference. They finished with a record of 20–14 overall, 4–12 in Mountain West play for an eighth-place finish. They lost in the quarterfinals to New Mexico in the Mountain West tournament. They were invited to the 2013 College Basketball Invitational where they defeated Lehigh in the first round before losing in the quarterfinals to Western Michigan. Larry Shyatt
Lawrence Alan Shyatt (born April 8, 1951) is an American basketball coach. He last served as an assistant coach of the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Shyatt was previously head coach at the University of Wyoming in the 1997–98 season, the head coach at Clemson University from 1998 to 2003 and again head coach of Wyoming from 2011 to 2016. He also previously served as an assistant coach at the University of Florida. He was the 1998 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) District 13 Coach of the Year as head coach at Wyoming, the 1998 Western Athletic Conference Mountain Division Coach of the Year, and was named four times as the Top Assistant Coach in the Nation by the ''Basketball Times''. Boulder High School is a high school in Boulder, Colorado, United States. It is part of the Boulder Valley School District. Boulder High School was founded in 1875 as a preparatory school to the University of Colorado. In 1876, it was the first high school in Colorado to graduate a class. Chaparral High School is a public high school located in Parker, Colorado. It is a part of the Douglas County School District RE-1. The school is notable in Colorado for how it came to have an automated external defibrillator (AED) unit. Chaparral student Cody Schmidt died in 2003 after his heart stopped while in gym class, spurring his parents to raise funds to acquire AED units for all Douglas County schools. Cloud County Community College
Cloud County Community College is a public community college with campuses in Concordia and Junction City, Kansas. Concordia campus Cloud County Community College was founded in Concordia in 1965 and began classes in the Concordia Junior-Senior High School. The college moved to its present site in 1968.
