2012–13 Persepolis F.C. Season
The 2012–13 season was Persepolis F.C., Persepolis's 12th season in the 2012–13 Persian Gulf Cup, Pro League, and their 30th consecutive season in the top division of Football in Iran, Iranian Football. They competed in the 2012–13 Hazfi Cup, Hazfi Cup. Persepolis saw a change in managerial role in the beginning of the season when Mustafa Denizli announced via an open letter to the fans that he couldn't cooperate with Perspolis anymore due to his personal problems and was replaced with former Al Ahly SC, Al Ahly boss Manuel José de Jesus, Manuel José. Persepolis is captained by Mehdi Mahdavikia. Persepolis F
Persepolis (; ; ) was the ceremonial capital of the Achaemenid Empire (). It is situated in the plains of Marvdasht, encircled by the southern Zagros mountains, Fars province of Iran. It is one of the key Iranian cultural heritage sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The earliest remains of Persepolis date back to 515 BC. The city, acting as a major center for the empire, housed a palace complex and citadel designed to serve as the focal point for governance and ceremonial activities. It exemplifies the Achaemenid architecture, Achaemenid style of architecture. The complex was taken by the army of Alexander the Great in 330 BC, and soon after, its wooden parts were completely destroyed by fire, likely deliberately. The function of Persepolis remains unclear. 2012–13 Hazfi Cup
The 2012–13 Hazfi Cup was the 26th season of the Iranian football knockout competition. Esteghlal F.C., Esteghlal was the defending champion, but was eliminated by Sepahan F.C., Sepahan in the semi-final. The competition started on 13 December 2012 and ended on 5 May 2013. Sepahan F.C., Sepahan won the title after defeating Persepolis F.C., Persepolis in final. Saman Aghazamani (, born January 14, 1989) ) is a retired Iranian footballer who last played for Aluminium Arak and Perspolis among other clubs in Persian Gulf Pro League. Sheys Rezaei
Sheys Rezaei Khonakdar (, born 2 April 1984 in Sari, Iran) is an Iranian footballer and singer. Club career Sheys is originally from Hamid Abad (one of Sari's suburbs). He has played most of his career for Persepolis and started to be known in 2005–06 season and became more famous after problems in 2007–08 season. He has featured in U17, U23 and the A team of Iran. Hossein Badamaki
Hossein Badamaki (, born 13 September 1981) is a retired Iranian Footballer who plays for Aboumoslem and Persepolis among other clubs in Persian Gulf Pro League. Club career He was influential in the IPL 2005/06 season, scoring 10 goals for Aboomoslem. After playing for Aboomoslem for six years, in August 2006 he joined Iranian giants Persepolis. Alireza Mohammad (, born 14 July 1981 in mazandaran, Iran) is a former Iranian football defender who is currently coach of Persepolis youth U-16 team. Misagh Memarzadeh (, born 9 January 1983) is a former Iranian professional football player who last played for Saipa and Perspolis among other clubs in Persian Gulf Pro League. Club career He started his career in Saipa but after two years left the club after he had differences with the Italian coach Giovanni Mei and moved to Rah Ahan. He moved back to Saipa after one season and stayed there for two seasons.
