2012–13 Croatian Football Cup
The 2012–13 Croatian Football Cup was the twenty-second season of Croatia's football knockout competition. The defending champions were Dinamo Zagreb, having won their 12th title the previous year by defeating Osijek in the final. The cup kicked off with the single-legged preliminary round which was scheduled on 29 August 2012. Most of the top flight clubs entered the competition in the following round, scheduled on 26 September 2012, with the exception of Lokomotiva, RNK Split and Zadar, as their cup coefficient (determined by their cup record over the last five seasons) was too low to skip the preliminary round. HNK Hajduk Split
Hrvatski nogometni klub Hajduk Split, commonly referred to as Hajduk Split () or simply Hajduk, is a Croatian professional football club based in Split, that competes in the Croatian First League, the top tier in Croatian football. Since 1979, the club's home ground has been the 34,198-seater Stadion Poljud. The team's traditional home colours are white shirts with blue shorts and blue socks. The idea to form a football club was started by group of Split students who were studying in Prague. After observing a game between Slavia and Sparta Prague, the group gathered at the U Fleků tavern and talked of creating a football club at home. NK Belišće
NK Belišće is a Croatian football club based in the town of Belišće. History NK Belišće was founded in 1919 under the name BŠK (Belišćanski športski klub). The club's name was changed in 1925 to BRŠK (Belišćanski radnički športski klub). During World War II the club was named Viktorija. From 1945 until the 1960 club was called FD Proleter and from 1960 carries the current name. The club from its beginnings until today, closely related to the factory "Belišće" d.d. Hrvatski nogometni klub Gorica ( en, Croatian Football Club Gorica), commonly referred to as HNK Gorica or simply Gorica, is a Croatian football club based in the town of Velika Gorica, located just south of the Croatian capital Zagreb. NK Višnjevac
NK Višnjevac is a Croatian football club based in the village of Višnjevac, near Osijek. The team won the Treća HNL East Division in 2003–04, but did not apply for promotion to the second division. As of 2023, they participate in the MŽNL Osijek-Vinkovci, the 5th level of Croatian football. History NK Višnjevac were founded in 1948. The club, then playing in the third division, were sanctioned in 2009 after they wore a kit with a political party's logo on it. They won the county cup in 2012 leading to an appearance in the 2012-13 Croatian cup where they lost to Istra 1961 in the 1/16th round. Marijan Vuka signed for the club in 2013 at the close of his career. In 2016, three Korean players joined Višnjevac, and were the target of purchase of a Korean businessman.
