The 2012 Women's U23 Pan-American Volleyball Cup was the first edition of the bi-annual women's volleyball tournament, played by eight countries from September 3–8, 2012 in Callao, Peru. The Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup is a Continental Cup organized by NORCECA with teams from all over America ( North-, South- and Central America, and the Caribbean), that served as a qualifier for the World Grand Prix. The tournament also granted places for the Final Four Women's Volleyball Cup. Now, the event serves as an America qualifier for the Pan American Games classification.
