Gabriela Guimarães
Gabriela Braga Guimarães, nickname Gabi, (born 19 May 1994) is a Brazilian indoor volleyball player. She plays as an outside spiker. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in the Volleyball at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Women's tournament, Women's tournament, winning a silver medal. Career Guimarães played with her national team, winning the bronze at the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship, 2014 World Championship when her team defeated Italy 3–2 in the bronze medal match. During the 2015 FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship, 2015 FIVB Club World Championship, Guimarães played with the Brazilian club Rio de Janeiro Vôlei Clube, Rexona Ades Rio and her team lost the bronze medal match to the Swiss Voléro Zürich. 2017 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Grand Champions Cup
The 2017 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Grand Champions Cup was the 7th staging of the FIVB Volleyball World Grand Champions Cup, a quadrennial international women's volleyball tournament organized by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB). The tournament was held in Tokyo and Nagoya, Japan from 5 to 10 September 2017. 6 national teams from 4 confederations competed in the tournament. China claimed their second title at the tournament with an unbeaten record. Brazil claimed the silver after a face-off in the final round with United States who finished third. Zhu Ting from China was elected the MVP. Qualification The FIVB announced the best four ranked continents in the 2016 Olympic Games were eligible to participate in the tournament. The 2014 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix was the 22nd edition of the annual women's international volleyball tournament played by 28 countries from 25 July to 24 August 2014. The Group 1 final round was held in Tokyo, Japan. The Brazilian star team won the tournament for the tenth time, the second consecutive victory. 2022 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League
The 2022 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League was the fourth edition of the FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League, an annual women's international volleyball tournament. The competition was held from 31 May to 17 July 2022, and the final round took place in Ankara Arena, Ankara Turkey. Belgium were the last placed challenger team after the preliminary round and will be replaced by 2022 Challenger Cup winners Croatia in the 2023 edition. Italy claimed their first VNL title after defeating Brazil in straight three sets. Brazil took their third silver medal, consecutively. 2021 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League
The 2021 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League was the third edition of the FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League, an annual women's international volleyball tournament. The 2021 version of VNL was scheduled to start earlier than the previous edition due to the 2020 Summer Olympics in July. The competition was held in between May and June 2021, and the final round took place in Rimini Fiera, Rimini, Italy. United States won their third title in the competition, outlasting Brazil in thrilling four sets on the final. Turkey grabbed the bronze medal after sweeping Japan in three sets.
