2012 Bulgarian Cup Final
The 2012 Bulgarian Cup Final was the 72nd final of the Bulgarian Cup, and was contested between Lokomotiv Plovdiv and Ludogorets Razgrad on 16 May 2012. Ludogorets won the final 2–1, claiming their first Bulgarian Cup title. After Dakson opened the scoring after 18 minutes, Marcelinho equalised in the 72nd minute and scored second and winner, seven minutes later. Route to the final Lokomotiv Plovdiv As an A PFG team, Lokomotiv Plovdiv entered the competition in the second round. Their opening match was a 2–0 away win against Chavdar Etropole. Mihail Venkov struck early in the first half, before Sergihno hit second in the 76th minute. Lokomotiv then travelled to face Dobrudzha Dobruch at Druzhba Stadium in the third round. Dragi Kotsev scored a hattrick and Jérémie Rodrigues netted one for a 4–0 win. 2011–12 Bulgarian Cup
The 2011–12 Bulgarian Cup was the 30th official season of the Bulgarian annual football knockout tournament. The competition began in September 2011 with the matches of the preliminary round and ended with the final in May 2012. CSKA Sofia were the defending champions, but lost to Septemvri Simitli in the quarterfinals. Ludogorets Razgrad won the title, after defeating Lokomotiv Plovdiv in the final. Stanislav Genchev ( bg, Станислав Генчев; born 20 March 1981) is a Bulgarian former footballer and now manager, who is currently the manager of Lokomotiv Sofia. Career SC Vaslui SC Vaslui signed Genchev as a free player, on 14 June 2008. Genchev signed a three-year contract. He scored in his first game for SC Vaslui, in a 2–1 defeat against Neftchi Baku, scoring with a 25 metres shot. He played as a defensive midfielder, central midfielder, right midfielder, central defender and as a right defender, having some great performances. Ludogorets Arena
Huvepharma Arena ( bg, Хювефарма Арена) is a multi-purpose stadium in Razgrad, Bulgaria. It is used for football matches and is the home ground of the local football club Ludogorets Razgrad. The stadium has a seating capacity of 10,422 spectators. History The stadium was officially opened on 25 September 2011, with Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and Bulgarian Football Union president Borislav Mihaylov present at the ceremony. Starting from August 2014, Ludogorets began a project to reconstruct the stadium and expand its capacity to 12,500, in order to accommodate European tournament matches. FC Septemvri ( bg, ФК Септември) is a Bulgarian football club based in Simitli, which currently plays in the Third League, the third tier of the Bulgarian football league system. History The club was founded in 1942. From 1961 to 1975, it was called "Pirin miner". The players at that time were mostly young boys from the age of 18 to 20, with the exception of goalkeeper Dimitar Atanasovski (former player from Belasitsa). Zdravko Lazarov ( bg, Здравко Лазаров; born 20 February 1976) is a Bulgarian professional football coach and a former player. Lazarov's professional playing career as a winger spanned nearly 30 years, during which he played for 15 different clubs in Bulgaria, Turkey and Russia. Antonio "Toni" Calvo Arandes (born 28 March 1987) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a winger for FC Santboià.
