Winter X Games XV (styled as Winter X Games Fifteen in the official logo) were held from January 26 to January 30, 2011, in Aspen, Colorado. They are the 10th consecutive Winter X Games to be held in Aspen. The events were broadcast on ESPN. Aspen, Colorado
Aspen is a home rule municipality that is the county seat and the most populous municipality of Pitkin County, Colorado, United States. The city population was 7,004 at the 2020 United States Census. Aspen is in a remote area of the Rocky Mountains' Sawatch Range and Elk Mountains, along the Roaring Fork River at an elevation just below above sea level on the Western Slope, west of the Continental Divide. Aspen is now a part of the Glenwood Springs, CO Micropolitan Statistical Area. Elias Ambühl (born 26 March 1992) is a Swiss freestyle skier. He was born in Masein. He completed 1st in April 2011 at the Jon Olsson Invitational, he is the first skier to win with a triple cork. He competed in slopestyle at the FIS Freestyle World Ski Championships 2013. Ambühl competed for Switzerland in slopestyle at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, finishing 22nd. Kevin Rolland
Kevin Rolland (born 10 August 1989) is a French freestyle skier. He won the gold medal at the 2009 FIS Freestyle World Ski Championships in the halfpipe. He lost his title in 2011 to the Canadian Mike Riddle but still finished on the podium at the second place. Rolland has also won seven medals at the Winter X Games and two medals at the Winter X Games Europe, including back-to-back golds in the SuperPipe at both events. Devin Logan
Devin Marie Logan (born February 17, 1993 in Oceanside, New York) is an American freeskier from West Dover, Vermont. She won silver in women's slopestyle event at the 2014 Winter Olympics held in Sochi. Early life Logan grew up in Baldwin and Oceanside, New York. Logan was the youngest of five children in an athletic family. At a young age, Logan wanted to ski like her older brothers, two of whom became professional skiers. where she played youth football for the Baldwin Bombers from ages 8 to 10. Kim Lamarre (born 20 May 1988) is a Canadian freestyle skier. She won Canada's first ever bronze medal in the women's slopestyle skiing event at the 2014 Winter Olympics. Lamarre said of her surprise bronze that "This is surreal. I have no words to describe this feeling. I am so happy. I knew it was possible but I didn't put it as my main goal.
