2010–11 Croatian Football Cup
The 2010–11 Croatian Football Cup was the twentieth season of Croatia's football knockout competition. The defending champions were Hajduk Split, having won their fifth title the previous year by defeating Šibenik in the final. The cup kicked off with the single-legged preliminary round which was played on 25 August 2010. Most of the top flight clubs entered the competition in the following round, played on 21 and 22 September 2010, with the exception of Karlovac and Lokomotiva, as their cup coefficient (determined by their cup record over the last five seasons) was too low to skip the preliminary round. In addition, RNK Split and Zadar, two of the top-level clubs, failed to qualify for the competition. HNK Cibalia
Hrvatski nogometni klub Cibalia, commonly known as Cibalia Vinkovci or simply Cibalia, is a Croatian football club from the town of Vinkovci in eastern Croatia. Cibalia currently play in the Prva NL, Croatia's second tier league. Their stadium is located in the south part of their home town and can hold 10,000 spectators. The name Cibalia comes from the Roman settlement called ''Colonia Aurelia Cibalae'' which was the precursor of the present-day town of Vinkovci. Ante Rukavina (born 18 June 1986) is a retired Croatian footballer who last played for Viborg FF. He also played at Šibenik, Hajduk Split and Panathinaikos earlier in his career. Club career Rukavina started his professional career with his hometown club HNK Šibenik. He made his debut for Šibenik on 29 July 2006 under coach Ivan Pudar against NK Osijek, having turned 20 years old just one month earlier. After making a name for himself as one of the hottest young prospects in the Croatian First Football League, he moved down the Croatian coast to Split side Hajduk in a deal worth around €400,000 in January 2007. Pedro Andrés Morales Flores (born 25 May 1985) is a Chilean former footballer who played as a midfielder. He began his professional career with Huachipato before moving to Universidad de Chile, and in 2007 was signed by Dinamo Zagreb of Croatia. After a loan back at Universidad de Chile and Spanish club Málaga, he spent a season with the latter before moving to Vancouver Whitecaps FC, where he served as a captain from 2014 until his departure. Leandro Damián Cufré (born 9 May 1978) is an Argentine football coach and former player who played as a defender. As of 2021, he has been the assistant coach of the Venezuela national football team. Cufré started his professional playing career with hometown side Gimnasia La Plata before transferring to Europe where he played with a number of European clubs, most notably Roma, Monaco and Dinamo Zagreb. Dino Škvorc (born 2 February 1990) is a Croatian coach and a former player who played as a centre back.He is currently the assistant first-team coach at Greek club PAS Giannina.
