2011 Bell Challenge
The 2011 Challenge Bell was a tennis tournament played on indoor carpet courts. It was the 19th edition of the Challenge Bell, and was part of the WTA International tournaments of the 2011 WTA Tour. It took place at the PEPS de l'Université Laval in Quebec City, Canada, from September 10 through September 17, 2011. WTA International Tournaments
The WTA International Tournaments was a category for professional tennis tournaments of the Women's Tennis Association from the 2009 WTA Tour until 2020, which replaced the previous Tier III and Tier IV categories. The winner of a WTA International adds 280 points to her WTA ranking. For the 2020 season, there were 32 tournaments, all knock-out tournaments with a prize money for every event at $275,000 ($775,000 for Shenzhen, and $525,000 for Guangzhou and Hong Kong). Sofia Arvidsson
Lena Sofia Alexandra Arvidsson (born 16 February 1984) is a Swedish professional padel player and a former tennis player. In her tennis career, she won two singles titles and one doubles title on the WTA Tour, as well as 20 singles and 13 doubles titles on the ITF Circuit. On 1 May 2006, she reached her career-high singles ranking of world No. 29. On 12 September 2011, she peaked at No. 67 in the WTA doubles rankings. Jamie Hampton
Jamie Lee Hampton (born January 8, 1990) is a former American professional tennis player. In July 2013, she reached her highest singles ranking of world No. 24. Early life Hampton was born in Frankfurt, West Germany, because her father, a career US Army officer, was stationed in Germany at the time. Her mother is from South Korea. Soon after, the family moved to the United States. She lived in Enterprise, Alabama, until she was 13; then, she moved to Auburn, Alabama and trained with tennis coach Geoff Waring in Montgomery, Alabama. Ashley Weinhold (born June 20, 1989) is a former tennis player from the United States. She turned professional in 2007 and had her last appearance on the ITF Circuit in August 2018. Her career-high singles ranking is 181, achieved October 2011. On 12 June 2017, she peaked at No. 109 in the WTA doubles rankings. Julie Coin (; born 2 December 1982) is a retired French tennis player. Coin recorded the biggest win of her career by defeating the then- world No. 1 ranked Ana Ivanovic at the 2008 US Open. Aleksandra Wozniak ( pl, Woźniak; born September 7, 1987) is a Canadian former tennis player. She turned professional in November 2005, and achieved a career-best ranking of No. 21 in June 2009, making her the fifth highest-ranked Canadian singles player of all time. She won one WTA and eleven ITF tournaments. At the Bank of the West Classic in Stanford in 2008, she became the first Canadian in 20 years to capture a WTA singles title and the first Quebecer in history to have accomplished such a feat.
