2011 All-SEC Football Team
The 2011 All-SEC football team consists of American football players selected to the All-Southeastern Conference (SEC) chosen by the ''Associated Press'' (AP) and the conference coaches for the 2011 Southeastern Conference football season. The LSU Tigers won the conference, beating the Georgia Bulldogs 42 to 10 in the SEC Championship game. The Tigers then lost the national championship to the Alabama Crimson Tide 21 to 0 in the 2012 BCS National Championship Game, a rematch of a regular season game won in overtime by LSU 9 to 6. Alabama running back Trent Richardson, a unanimous AP Selection, won the Doak Walker Award given to the nation's top running back and was voted AP SEC Offensive Player of the Year. The 2011 Southeastern Conference football season began on Thursday, September 1, 2011 with 2011 Kentucky Wildcats football team, Kentucky taking on 2011 Western Kentucky Hilltoppers football team, Western Kentucky on ESPNU. Tyler Wilson (American Football)
James Tyler Wilson (born August 16, 1989) is a former American football quarterback. Wilson is the all time passing yards leader at the University of Arkansas. He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played college football at Arkansas. Wilson was also a member of the Tennessee Titans and Cincinnati Bengals. High school career Wilson graduated in 2008 from Greenwood High School in Greenwood, Arkansas. Marcus Lattimore (born October 29, 1991) is a former American football running back. He played college football at South Carolina, where he holds the career record for rushing touchdowns (38).
