2010–11 WICB Cup
The 2010–11 WICB Cup was the 37th domestic List A cricket tournament held in the West Indies, it took place from 14 October 2010 – 24 October 2010. The eight teams were divided into two groups with the top two from each group advancing to the semi-finals. Barbados and the Leeward Islands shared the title after the final match ended in a tie. Wilden Cornwall of the Leeward Islands was the tournament's top run-scorer with 188. The highest wicket-taker was the Barbados player Ryan Hinds who took 14. West Indies Cricket Board
Cricket West Indies (CWI) is the governing body for cricket in the West Indies (a sporting confederation of over a dozen mainly English-speaking Caribbean countries and dependencies that once formed the British West Indies). It was originally formed in the early 1920s as the West Indies Cricket Board of Control, but changed its name to West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) in 1996. In November 2015, the Board resolved to rename itself as Cricket West Indies as part of a restructuring exercise that would also see the creation of a separate commercial body. This rebranding formally occurred in May 2017. CWI has been a full member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) since 1926. It operates the West Indies cricket team and West Indies A cricket team, organising Test tours and one-day internationals with other teams. Darren Sammy
Daren Julius Garvey Sammy (born 20 December 1983) is a Saint Lucian cricketer who played international cricket for the West Indies. He is a two time T20 World Cup winning captain. On making his One-Day International (ODI) debut against Bangladesh in 2004, Sammy became the first person from the island of St Lucia to play international cricket. Three years later he made his Test debut against England, taking 7/66 which were the best bowling figures for a West Indian in his first Test since Alf Valentine in 1950. Sammy was appointed West Indies captain in October 2010. He scored his maiden Test century in May 2012 during a match against England. Sammy is the only captain to have won World T20 twice. Tino Best
Tino la Bertram Best (born 26 August 1981) is a West Indian cricketer. Since 2002, he has played domestic cricket for his native Barbados, with a season at English club Yorkshire in 2010. Best made his Test debut in May 2003 and played his first One Day International a year later. A back strain incurred in May 2004 prevented Best from playing cricket until March the following year. In 2008 Best signed to play in the Indian Cricket League because he had not played international cricket since 2006. He returned to the side when the West Indies fielded a side weakened by contract disputes between leading players and the West Indies Cricket Board but was dropped shortly after. On his return to the Test side on 10 June 2012, he broke the record for highest score by a number 11 batsman, making 95 against England at Edgbaston. Clyde Duncan (cricket Umpire)
Clyde Duncan (7 January 1954 – 27 July 2011) was a West Indian cricket umpire. Besides umpiring at the first-class level, he stood in two Test matches between 1991 and 1994, 21 One Day Internationals between 1988 and 2010 and six Twenty20 Internationals between 2008 and 2010. The Guyana-born Duncan died of cancer in Trinidad in 2011. Nigel Duguid
Nigel Duguid (born 25 November 1969) is a West Indian cricket umpire. He stood in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match between the West Indies and Ireland on 21 February 2014. He stood in his first One Day International (ODI) match between the West Indies and England on 5 March 2017. In January 2018, he was named as one of the seventeen on-field umpires for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. In January 2020, he was named as one of the sixteen umpires for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup tournament in South Africa. Jonathan Lyndon Carter (born 16 November 1987) is a Barbadian cricketer who currently plays for Barbados. He is a big-hitting left-handed batsman who also bowls right-arm medium pace. Jamaica

Kingston, Jamaica
Kingston is the capital and largest city of Jamaica, located on the southeastern coast of the island. It faces a natural harbour protected by the Palisadoes, a long sand spit which connects the town of Port Royal and the Norman Manley International Airport to the rest of the island.
