Liga Indonesia Second Division (Indonesian: ''Divisi Dua Liga Indonesia'') is the fourth level football league in Indonesian football competition system. Pekanbaru is the capital of Indonesian province of Riau, and a major economic center on the eastern part of Sumatra, Sumatra Island.
