2010 Serbia Open
The 2010 Serbia Open (also known as ''Serbia Open powered by Telekom Srbija'' for sponsorship reasons) was a men's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the 2nd edition of the event. It was part of the ATP World Tour 250 series of the 2010 ATP World Tour. It took place at the Milan Gale Muškatirović complex in Belgrade, Serbia, from 3 May through 9 May 2010. The singles draw featured the tournament's host, ATP ranked No. 2 and defending champion Novak Djokovic. Other featured stars were 2010 Grand Prix Hassan II champion Stan Wawrinka, 2010 Regions Morgan Keegan Championships champion Sam Querrey and 2010 Heineken Open champion John Isner. The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ''ATP World Tour 250'' tournaments, ''ATP International Series'', and ''ATP World Series'') are the lowest tier of annual men's tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments. As of 2020, the series includes 39 tournaments, with 250 ranking points awarded to each singles champion—which accounts for the name of the series. The 2010 Heineken Open was a tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the 35th edition of the Heineken Open, and was part of the ATP World Tour 250 series of the 2010 ATP World Tour. Flavio Cipolla (born 20 October 1983) is a former professional tennis player on the ATP Tour from Italy. He reached the second round at the French Open of 2007, where he lost to Rafael Nadal. Dušan Lajović
Dušan Lajović ( sr-cyrl, Душан Лајовић; born 30 June 1990) is a Serbian professional tennis player. Lajović has won one singles and two doubles titles on the ATP Tour. On 29 April 2019, Lajović reached his career-high singles ranking of world No. 23. On 21 September 2020, he peaked at No. 82 in the doubles rankings. He is best known for his clay-court game, kick serve and strong flowing groundstrokes, especially his one-handed backhand. A wild card (also wildcard or wild-card and also known as an at-large berth or at-large bid) is a tournament or playoff berth awarded to an individual or team that fails to qualify in the normal way; for example, by having a high ranking or winning a qualifying stage. Ivo Karlović (; born 28 February 1979) is a former Croatian professional tennis player. His height of 211 cm (6 ft 11 in) makes him the joint tallest ranked tennis player in history, along with Reilly Opelka. He has won eight ATP singles titles between 2007 and 2016.
