2010 European Canoe Slalom Championships
The 2010 European Canoe Slalom Championships took place in Bratislava, Slovakia between August 13 and 15, 2010 under the auspices of the European Canoe Association (ECA). It was the 11th edition. The Championships were originally scheduled to take place in early June, but the high water level of the Danube River, which feeds the Čunovo Water Sports Centre, forced the organizers to cancel the event after some heat runs.European Canoe Slalom Championships cancelled

Jaroslav Volf
Jaroslav Volf (; born 29 September 1979, in Brandýs nad Labem) is a Czech slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1994 to 2013. Competing in four Summer Olympics, he won two medals in the C2 event with a silver in 2008 and a bronze in 2004. Volf also won nine medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with six golds (C2: 2006; C2 team: 1999, 2003, 2006, 2007, 2013) and three silvers (C2: 2003, 2013; C2 team: 2010). He is the overall World Cup champion in C2 from 2005. He also won a total of 13 medals at the European Championships (6 golds, 5 silvers and 2 bronzes). Piotr Szczepański
Piotr Szczepański (born 31 July 1988 in Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą) is a Polish slalom canoeist who has competed at the international level since 2004. He has competed in C1 and C2. His partner in the C2 boat since 2009 has been Marcin Pochwała. He won seven medals at the European Championships with six silvers and one bronze. At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London he competed in the C2 event together with Marcin Pochwała where they finished in 5th place in the final. Marcin Pochwała
Marcin Krzysztof Pochwała (born 14 February 1984) is a Polish slalom canoeist who has competed at the international level since 2001. Career He won three medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold (Mixed C2: 2018), a silver (Mixed C2: 2019) and a bronze (C2 team: 2003). He also won seven silvers and two bronzes at the European Championships. Competing in four Summer Olympics in the C2 event, he earned his best finish of fifth in 2012 in London and again in 2016 in Rio de Janeiro (both with Piotr Szczepański).
