2009–10 HockeyAllsvenskan Season
The 2009–10 HockeyAllsvenskan season was the fifth season of HockeyAllsvenskan, the second level of ice hockey in Sweden. 14 teams participated in the league, and the top four qualified for the Kvalserien, with the opportunity to be promoted to the Elitserien. Participating teams Regular season Playoffs Teams ranked 4th through 7th met in a best-of-three elimination playoff, the winner of which continued to the Elitserien qualifiers (). Starting with the following season, this playoff round was replaced by a double- round robin group stage. HockeyAllsvenskan (previously Allsvenskan and SuperAllsvenskan) is a professional ice hockey sports league, league, and the second-highest league in the Swedish ice hockey system, after the Swedish Hockey League, SHL. Gränbyhallen
Upplands Bilforum Arena is an indoor arena located in Uppsala, Sweden, and built in 1974. It consists of three arenas: "A-hallen", "B-hallen" and "C-hallen". A-hallen is the biggest part of the arena and has a capacity of 2,800 spectators and is where Almtuna IS and Uppsala HC play their home games. B-hallen has a capacity of 350 spectators, and C-hallen has a capacity of 250. Mora, Sweden
Mora is a urban areas of Sweden, locality and the seat of Mora Municipality, Sweden, Mora Municipality in Dalarna County, Sweden, with 10,896 inhabitants in 2010. History There are signs of human activity in the surroundings of Mora dating from 4000 BC. The earliest found buildings in Mora are from the 7th century. Bofors IK
BIK Karlskoga is a Swedish ice hockey club based in Karlskoga, Sweden. They are currently playing in the second highest league in Sweden, the HockeyAllsvenskan. In 1963, the club IFK Bofors was merged with Karlskoga IF and formed KB 63 (formally IF Karlskoga/Bofors). Between 1978 and 2011 the club was known as Bofors IK, which was then changed to its current name. Karlskoga has been a stable fixture in Sweden's second tier leagues, playing in HockeyAllsvenskan and its predecessors since 1997. Växjö Lakers
The Växjö Lakers Hockey Club (often referred to as the Växjö Lakers or VLH) are a Swedish professional ice hockey club from Växjö in Sweden. The club plays at the Vida Arena and plays in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL; formerly Elitserien), the top-level league of Swedish ice hockey, and made its debut there in 2011–12.
