2009–10 A-1 League
The 2009–10 A-1 League ( hr, A-1 liga 2009./10.) was the 19th season of the A-1 League, the highest professional basketball league in Croatia. The first half of the season consisted of 10 teams and 90-game regular season (9 games for each of the 10 teams) began on Saturday, October 17, 2009 and ended on Sunday, March 14, 2010. The second half of the season consists of 4 teams from ABA League and the best 4 teams from first half of the season. HT Premijer Liga
The Hrvatski Telekom Premijer liga ( en, Hrvatski Telekom Premier League, ), also known as HT Premijer liga or simply Premijer liga, is the first tier level men's professional basketball league in Croatia. It began in 1991, following the breakup of SFR Yugoslavia and therefore the Yugoslav League, and is organized by the Croatian Basketball Federation. The HT Premijer liga, which is played under FIBA rules, currently consists of 12 teams. The most successful club is KK Cibona with 19 championship titles. Zabok
Zabok is a town and situated in northwest Croatia in the Krapina-Zagorje County. According to the 2011 census, it has a total population of 8,994, with 2,714 in Zabok itself. Zabok is situated on the main crossroads in the heart of Hrvatsko Zagorje region. Zabok is the economical centre of the Krapina-Zagorje County. History In 1782, Sigismund Vojković-Vojkffy started the construction of a church in Zabok, completing it in 1805. Darda ( hu, Dárda) is a village and a municipality just north of Osijek, Croatia. It is located across the Drava river in Baranja. The population of the village is 5,323, with a total of 6,908 people in the municipality (2011 census). KK Šibenik
Košarkaški klub Šibenik, commonly referred to as KK Šibenik or simply Šibenik, was a men's professional basketball club based in Šibenik, Croatia. It was considered one of the best Croatian basketball clubs. In 2010, KK Šibenik bankrupted and was dissolved. History The club was founded on 27 December 1973 under the name Šibenka. During six seasons altogether club managed to qualify for the Yugoslav First Basketball League, then one of the best leagues in Europe. In 1983 Šibenka won the Yugoslav Championship final game against Bosna, but was later controversially stripped of the title. Arena Gripe
Gripe Sports Center ( hr, Športski centar Gripe) is a sports complex located in the Gripe city district of Split, Croatia. It features four indoor halls, and is used to host many sports, as well as concerts. The seating capacity of the small indoor hall is 3,500, and of the biggest one is 6,000.
