The 2009 PGA EuroPro Tour was the eighth season of the PGA EuroPro Tour, a third-tier tour recognised by the European Tour. Schedule The following table lists official events during the 2009 season. Unofficial events The following events were sanctioned by the PGA EuroPro Tour, but did not carry official money, nor were wins official. Order of Merit The Order of Merit was based on prize money won during the season, calculated in Pound sterling. The top five players on the Order of Merit (not otherwise exempt) earned status to play on the 2010 Challenge Tour. Paul Maddy (golfer)
Paul Michael Maddy (born 17 August 1962) is a Welsh retired professional footballer who played in Football League, most notably for Hereford United as a midfielder. He also played League football for Cardiff City, Brentford, Chester City and was capped by Wales at U21 level. Club career A midfielder, Maddy was a product of the Cardiff City youth system and made 43 appearances and scored three goals for the club. Interspersed with spells at Swansea City, Brentford and Chester City, Maddy spent the majority of his Football League career with Fourth Division club Hereford United, for whom he made 151 appearances and scored 22 goals in three spells between 1983 and 1989. Elliot Saltman
Elliot Saltman (born 24 March 1982) is a Scottish professional golfer. He is affiliated to Archerfield Links. Saltman was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, and is the brother of Lloyd Saltman and the grandson of former Hibernian goalkeeper Tommy Younger. His youngest brother Zack, is also a professional golfer. In July 2009 Saltman and his brother Lloyd both qualified for the Open Championship at Turnberry, to become the first brothers to appear together in The Open since Seve and Manuel Ballesteros in 1985. The 2010 Challenge Tour is a series of professional golf tournaments collectively known as the Challenge Tour. The Challenge Tour is Europe's official developmental tour and is organised by the PGA European Tour. It was introduced in 1986 and was originally called the Satellite Tour, before being renamed with its present title in 1990. Schedule The following table lists official events during the 2010 season. Simon John Lilly FRS is a professor in the Department of Physics at ETH Zürich. Education Lilly was educated at the University of Cambridge where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences (Physics and Theoretical Physics) in 1980. He went on to study at the University of Edinburgh where he was awarded a PhD in 1983 for research on the evolution of radio galaxies supervised by Malcolm Longair. Scott Jamieson (born 28 November 1983) is a Scottish professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. Amateur career Jamieson was born in Glasgow, Scotland. He spent four years playing amateur golf on a scholarship at Augusta State University.
