Wang Sanyun
Wang Sanyun (; born December 1952) is a former Chinese politician. He began his political career in Guizhou province, before serving in Sichuan, Fujian, and Anhui provinces. He served as Anhui governor between 2007 and 2011, and was transferred to Gansu to serve as Communist Party Secretary between 2011 and 2017. Shortly after leaving office, he was put under investigation for violating party discipline by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. Early career Wang was born in Guizhou. He traces his ancestry to Shan County in Shandong Province; his name means roughly "Three Transports". As a teenager, he had performed manual labour in Zhijin County, Guizhou, before becoming a middle school teacher there. Guo Gengmao
Guo Gengmao (; born December 1950) is a politician of the People's Republic of China. He served as Communist Party Secretary and Governor of Henan Province, as well as Governor of his native Hebei Province. Biography Guo Gengmao was born in Ji County, Hebei (now the county-level city of Jizhou), in December 1950. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in March 1972. Guo graduated from the political science division of the International Politics faculty of Peking University. He also obtained a master's degree in Political Economics from the Central Party School. Guo served in various positions in Hebei province for some 30 years. He began work in November 1975 as the deputy party secretary of a people's commune in Ji County. Luo Baoming
Luo Baoming (; born October 1952) is a Chinese politician who spent his career in Tianjin and Hainan province. Since 2011, Luo has served as the Communist Party Secretary of Hainan province; prior to that he served as governor of Hainan between 2007 and 2011. Early life and education Luo was born in October 1952 in Tianjin. During the Cultural Revolution, Luo went to work for a military production corps in Inner Mongolia. He joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1971. He pursued higher education at Tianjin Normal College after the Cultural Revolution, after which he entered the Communist Youth League organization in his native Tianjin, working as a youth organizer. Huang Huahua (born October 1946 in Xingning, Guangdong) is a retired Chinese politician, and the Governor of Guangdong between 2003 and 2011. Of Hakka heritage, he was once the mayor of Meizhou. Biography Huang was born in Xingning County, Guangdong. Huang graduated in mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University. From 1970 to 1978, Huang worked at a machinery factory of the Guangdong Coal Mine, joined the Communist Party in 1971 and served as deputy secretary of the workshop Party Branch. Xu Shousheng
Xu Shousheng (; 23 January 1953 – 5 December 2020) was a Chinese politician. He was the Communist Party Secretary of Hunan from 2013 to 2016. He served as the Governor of Hunan and Gansu provinces. Biography Xu was born in Rudong County, Jiangsu. He joined the Chinese Communist Party in October 1973, and is an alumnus of Southeast University, though it is not clear when he graduated. He began working for the party in the grassroots, first as a commune leader, then head of the revolutionary committee of his home township, then deputy governor of his home county. In October 1985, he became county governor of Rudong, then in 1990 was elevated to party chief.
