2007 Monza GP2 Series Round
The 2007 Monza GP2 Series round was a GP2 Series motor race held on September 8 and 9, 2007 at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza in Monza, Italy. It was the ninenth round of the 2007 GP2 Series season. The race weekend supported the 2007 Italian Grand Prix. Classification Qualifying Feature race * Kazuki Nakajima finished 13th, but was disqualified from the race for causing a collision with Ho-Pin Tung. Sprint race * Giorgio Pantano finished 6th, but was disqualified from the race for ignoring the mechanical warning flag instructing him to pit for repairs. Autodromo Nazionale Monza
The Monza Circuit ( it, Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, , National Automobile Racetrack of Monza) is a race track near the city of Monza, north of Milan, in Italy. Built in 1922, it was the world's third purpose-built motor racing circuit after Brooklands and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indianapolis and the oldest in mainland Europe. Lucas Di Grassi
Lucas Tucci di Grassi (born 11 August 1984) is a Brazilian professional racing driver who competes in the FIA Formula E World Championship for Mahindra Racing. He became the FIA Formula E Champion in 2016–2017, achieved three overall podiums at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and won the Macau Grand Prix in 2005. Born in São Paulo, di Grassi began racing karts at the age of ten, and achieved early success in the regional and later national kart series. He progressed to car racing in 2002 and was the runner up in the Formula Renault 2.0 Brazil and Formula 3 Sudamericana championships. Di Grassi took two consecutive victories in the 2004 British Formula Three Championship and progressed to the Euro Series the following year which saw him clinch a solitary race victory and was the winner of the non-championship Macau Grand Prix. Borja García (racing Driver)
Borja García Menéndez (born 15 December 1982 in Valencia) is a Spanish racing driver. He last competed in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series, having last driven for Alex Caffi Motorsport in a part-time effort in 2018. He was the 2004 Spanish Formula Three champion, and raced in the inaugural GP2 Series season. Career Garcia was born in Valencia. His career started in karting in 1993, where he stayed until 1999. He moved up to Spanish Formula Toyota in 2000, comfortably winning the title, before moving to Formula Nissan 2000 in 2001 with the Campos team, who now race in GP2 Series. Mike Conway (born 19 August 1983) is a British professional racing driver. He lives in Sevenoaks, Kent and is currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Toyota Gazoo Racing. Sébastien Olivier Buemi (born 31 October 1988) is a Swiss professional racing driver, who competes in the FIA Formula E Championship for Envision Racing. He competed for Scuderia Toro Rosso in Formula One from 2009 to 2011. After leaving Formula One, Buemi became a reserve driver for Scuderia Toro Rosso's sister team, Red Bull Racing from 2012 to 2013. He returned to Red Bull Racing in 2019 as a reserve driver. A dam is a barrier that stops or restricts the flow of surface water or underground streams.
