Gary Marks (born 25 December 1963) is an English professional golfer. Career Amateur Marks earned his first European Tour start at the 1981 Martini International and made his first cut a month later at the Greater Manchester Open, aged seventeen and still an amateur. He turned professional in 1983. Professional He managed to get his European Tour card at Qualifying School, but a freak accident during the off season prior to taking up his European Tour membership stopped him from being able to play the next season, and the chance to play on the European Tour eluded him. In 1994, upon visiting relatives of his future wife in Poland, it just so happened that the Polish Open were on the same week. Roland A. Steiner (December 1839 - January 12, 1906) was a physician, planter, folklorist, and amateur archaeologist who resided in Georgia for most of his life. His archaeological pursuits in Georgia are his most prominent lifetime achievement. He also made significant contributions in the nascent disciplines of cultural anthropology and folklore. Biography Roland was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in December 1839 to Dr. Henry Hagner Steiner, a physician, and Susannah Wilhelmina Yoe Steiner. 2007 Challenge Tour
The 2007 Challenge Tour was the 19th season of the Challenge Tour, the official development tour to the European Tour. The tour started as the Satellite Tour with its first Order of Merit rankings in 1989 and was officially renamed as the Challenge Tour at the start of the 1990 season. The Challenge Tour Rankings were won by France's Mike Lorenzo-Vera. Schedule The following table lists official events during the 2007 season. Jean-François Remésy
Jean-François Remésy (born 5 June 1964), also known as Jeff Remésy, is a French professional golfer. Career Remésy was born in Nîmes, Occitania. He won the French Amateur Championship in 1985 and turned professional in 1987. For much of his career he has struggled to establish himself as a tour golfer, and he has made over a dozen trips to the European Tour Qualifying School. His first professional win came in a small tournament in France in 1991 and he won on the Challenge Tour in 1994, but he didn't break into the top 100 on the European Tour Order of Merit until 1999. That year he won the Estoril Open on the main tour, and he has continued to progress since then. Charles-Édouard Russo (born 5 August 1980) is a French professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. Career Russo turned professional in 2003, and begun playing on the second-tier Challenge Tour in 2008, finishing 109th in the season-end rankings. He improved considerably to 48th in 2009, and further improved in 2010, recording his best result to date with a runner-up finish in the Allianz Golf Open du Grand Toulouse, and just missing out on a European Tour card by finishing 24th in the standings.
